An Angels Savior

Where is she!

Christian POV:
"WHERE IS SHE" I roar throughout the house as it shakes from my wrath

"We searched the entire mall, heck even the entire town she's no where to be seen" says Fla just as irritated and pissed as me

We were currently in my office room next to me and Nicoles room, its been a month since she vanished and I'm so scared

What if she's hurt or even worse Dead

My head falls into my hands
"LEAVE" I roar out

As i hear the door shut faint sobs I didn't know I possessed slipped out of my mouth as I thought about what could have happened to my angel

"I shouldn't have left her alone I should have been with her" I say through sobs while shaking softly till I feel a small hand on my back

I look up to see Louis Nicoles littlest brother comforting me
"Its ok to cry you know" he says softly "We all miss her too ya know, Flame and Arrow cry every night lately as well as me and Jacob hear you" he stated while looking at his feet with a sniffle

I grab him gently and hug the boy tightly as he softly cries in my shirt
"Its ok well find her I promise" I say confidently, even tho I'm feeling the exact opposite

Our moment was ruined by Fla bursting through the door
"What is it" I growled

"Come look at the news" he said out of breath
We rushed down stairs and my heart dropped as I see a video on the news of a person clutching something to their chest and their wings pumping fast as they faltered when there was a bang and feathers exploded behind them but kept going faltering with every flap

Thats her it has to be

"Its her" I say softly more to myself
"What if its not" Row asks wearily scared to set off my very active temper ever since Nicole went missing

"It has to be I would tell it her from a mile away we have to go search for her she looks to be near the city bridge near the deepest part of the woods" I say rushing out the door

But before I could snap my wings open I see all the helicopters in the sky

Their searching for Nicole

My hear speeds up and I start to panic
If her wing is wounded it wont go back to a tattoo or it'll hurt her internally

I walk back inside to see sad faced group of boys staring at me
"We we're trying to tell you" Jacob says

I let my head drop and started to shuffled to the stairs
I slowly opened my bedroom and walked to the sheets that still have her sent on them

I cradle the sheets to my face and inhale her intoxicating sent of sweetness and crispness of a cold rainy day and slowly start to cry

I lay down with the old sheets to my nose as I slowly fall asleep

Nicole's POV

I woke up to an acing pain in my entire body and a stinging pain in my wing and a heaviness in my lap

I look down to see Elliot sleeping peacefully wrapped in a blanket and I smile to myself as I hear his soft snores fill the morning silence

The sun was starting to come up and it was damp almost like it rained but everything was dry

There must be a lake near by

I slowly got up and made sure to set Elliot down to not disturb his slumber
I tip toed around until I was a good foot away but even to keep an eye on Elliot

I wondered around the area we were in
It was beautiful and I was right in the clearing we landed in there was a small lake and a stream running through it

I walked back to where Elliot was and saw he was stirring a little indicating he was waking up

He yawned widely then sat up and rubbed his little eyes
He looked around till he found me
"Where are we momma" he asked sleep still evident in his voice

"I don't know yet I can't fly so I can't see how far we are from civilization"
He put out a pouty lip
"But im hungry" he stated
"Well so am I so lets do look and see what we can cook up"

He smiled and got up wrapping his little blanket around his wings and himself to protect himself from the nipping wind

He ran up behind me and took my hand in his small ones
"So what could we eat" he asked with a happy little grin on his face

"We could hunt a moose" I joked playfully stating
His eyes lit up in happiness
"Really that would be so cool" he said cheerfully
I laughed at his innocence and young mind

It has been about an hour since we have left that field with the lake
We ended up going north to see what we could find

We kept walking till I heard a snap and I quickly froze and grabbed Elliot into my arms holding him protectively and shielding him from whatever could come

It was extremely quiet unusual for a forest filled with nature
I walked behind a large tree and put Elliot in a little hole that was just big enough for him to fit through and then he could see through the other side through a little hole

I quickly put some branches over it to hide the treasure on the inside
I quietly whispered "Stay here and be quiet no matter what till I come and get you..ok?"

He whispered a shaking and quiet 'ok'
As i made my way to the same spot we were in before

I spotted a tree trunk and jumped up spreading my wings as wide as I could even if it hurt to move one of my right wing

I hear a low growl then a big grey wolf comes out of the shadows with an smaller auburn colored wolf behind it

Great, werewolves, power hunger mutts

I stand my ground even though I feel strong power radiating from the big grey wolf,
I then heard bones cracking as the grey wolf changed into a big buff man with scattered black hair and dark blue eyes

"Why are you on my territory pigeon" he hissed amused by his own joke
"Look I'm just passing by I'm sorry I didn't know this was pack territory" I say with my hands up in surrender

He looks me over then his eyes look over at my bloody wing thats now I think getting infected and then the tree I put Elliot in and sympathy passes over his hard feathers

"Come with me and bring your child" he says before turning back into a wolf and starting to walk off but waits for me

I scurry to where the hole is and take down the branches and reach in and pull Elliot out clutching him protectively to me as he quietly asks

"Why are we following those wolves" he asks innocently
"We are going to follow them" I say while now walking behind the two beasts
"Why" he asks sweetly

"I don't know yet" I say holding him closer as he lays his head in the crook of my neck snuggling up to the now dirty blanket
