An Angels Savior

New friends

I wake up with little arms around me
I smile to myself as I look down at the sleeping child as he peacefully lays dreaming of wonders in the world.

I get up quietly and go and take a shower
I close the bathroom door behind me and then I look in the mirror and I see how ruff I look

My hair is in thick knots around my head in golden clumps I cringe at the thought of trying to brush it so I grab some scissors and start cutting it to where it's just above my shoulders and smile at my handy work

I strip down and turn the water on and let it warm up
My wing healed and I was able to put it back to its tattoo form for the night so today I should be able to fly again

I smile at the thought of flying again as I hop in the shower and let the warm water soak into my skin resting all my worn out muscles

I slowly start to hum a melody that I knew as I washed my hair and cleaned the dirt off my body

As I get out the shower I look over and see the bathroom door is open I grab a towel quickly and cover myself and look to see who opened it but no ones there not even Elliot

"Must have gone to play" I say to myself quietly
But then I smell the sent of Cologne and the smell of burnt wood in the room and I slowly close the door and lock it

I look in the mirror again and I look like my skin is glowing after the warm water and a good cleaning

I grab my undergarments and put them on along with my bra and my black short shorts and open back pink tank top showing my beautiful tattoo

I decided to let my hair air dry as I throw the towel on the sink and walk out the room
I walk down the stairs to the kitchen to see a plate full of food I walk up to it and see a note next to it

Dear Nicole
I took Elliot to see the pups at the pack house help yourself to the food and there's probably other stuff you can find to eat around the kitchen so help yourself

It was written in beautiful cursive and I smiled as I started to eat the delicious substance in front of me not caring I wasn't using my manners

Until I heard a creek at the door and turn to see Torrent looking at me with an amused smile on his face as he sees my mouth full of food from my unladylike grubbing

I gulp harshly and cringe as it goes down my throat roughly.
"Um heyyy didn't know when you would be back" I smile awkwardly as I blush from embarrassment

"Haha its ok it was amusing to see a lady eat like a guy" Torrent says with a deep chuckle that makes me even more embarrassed

"Haha yeahhhhhhh" I saw as a wave of awkwardness fills the room
"Soooooo, I was wondering if you wanted to go shopping for some new clothes since you only have what I gave you of my mates I'm surprised it fits you since she was really tiny" Torrent says looking at me

"Ummmm sure if that's ok but I don't have money" I say fiddling nervously with my hands
"No worry's I've got that covered" Torrent says sweetly as he looks at me
"What no I can't take your money!"

I say with alarm I mean I couldn't just do that even tho I want to since it's a free ride to getting new clothes but still it's wrong.
"Pigeon it's fine I promise" Torrent says with kind eyes

I relax a little "ok fine, but just this once" I say with a smile
"Are you ready to go now?" He Asks looking me up and down

I jump off the stool "sure am lets go" i say smiling excited to get out the house
He looks me up and down again and gives a disappointing look but I ignore it as I walk past him to the door

"Hey got any bikes?" I ask with a smirk on my face
"Yeah there's my old one I don't ride anymore it's a black crotch rocket though" he says with a curious look on his face

"Where are the keys?" I ask with a smirk
He throws me black keys and a slick helmet

He goes to open his mouth but before he can say anything im out the door with the helmet on my heat and the keys starting the black beauty up,

It purrrs to life and I smile to myself but before I can go I see little Elliot running towards me

"Please don't leave" he says tears streaming down his face, shocked I turn off the bike and take the helmet off and set it aside

I pick him up and hold him as his little white wings droop "Awe Elliot I would never, we were gonna go to the mall and I thought you would wanna stay here with the pups" I say softly while stroking his soft brown curly hair

He sniffles and quietly asks "may I come and ride with you" he looks up at me
I smile "hey Torrent do you have another smaller helmet?"

He chuckles and hands me a small dirt bike helmet with glass in front of the face so the wind won't bother Elliot

I smile but then remember we're going out in public no one can know what we are
"Elliot sweetheart before we go you're gonna have to turn your wings into tattoos" I say softly to the small child in my arms

He looks up at me with wide eyes and whispers "but I don't know how"
I smile and get off the bike and setting him down on the ground

"Here I'll show you" at those words my back glows a little and my wings flourish into their unusual colors

I look up and see Torrent and his mouth open and some emotions in his eyes I don't recognize, I smile at him and he looks away quickly

I look down at Elliot and he's smiling
"Once my wings are out I just think of a tattoo of two wings on my back and then just think your wings turning into that tattoo" I say showing him as my wings glow and turn into the beautiful tattoo

He smiles and closes his eyes and concentrates his small wings glow and then they're gone

I smile and pick him up and spin him around with him laughing happily while I say "you did it!!"

I place him on the ground and see through the little hole in his shirt small wings with different unique designs and symbols and I smile

"Here to cover his back" Torrents says while throwing me a little white shirt with a bat man symbol on it and I hand it to Elliot who's eyes light up at the symbol and hurriedly takes off the black one and put on the bat man shirt

I smile down at him "lets go squirt" I say putting the helmet on his head and putting my sleek black one on as I climb onto the bike I help Elliot sit in front of me so I can hold him and he places his little hands on the grip in front of the seat and I bring the beauty back to life

I smile and look over to see Torrent get in a black beefed up  Dodge Ram
I smile and then take off down the road as he follows behind.

Oooooo what will happen next, but hey guys sorry it's kinda short and that I haven't written in a while but I'm getting there I promise lol
