Here's chapter two. Enjoy.

Error's POV:

It took forever for me to reboot... well at least that's what it felt like, in reality it was only about 15-20 minutes. Once I was fully conscious again I began to work on moving. It was a long process, though rebooting doesn't usually require this step so usually I'm up and fully functioning within minutes of crashing. It was kind of like a full system reboot not the usual start up... like when your phone or laptop shuts itself down after an 'Unexpected Error' occurs.

After a few minutes I could make my hand twitch, this was followed, slowly, by the rest of my body. There was a dull pain in the back of my skull from the claw marks I made, the pain will go soon and the scratches will heal... maybe.

"UrGH... DaMn tHAt hURt." I muttered shaking my head as I sat up. I looked around, I was still in the clearing and it looked like Ink had begun clean up already.

I noticed that Ink had loosely tied my arms and legs with purple paint, the paint acting as both a weight and magic restraint - restricting my movements largely – the effect was much greater since I was also exhausted. I huffed in annoyance as I attempted to stand up, leaning on the tree for stability.

An unimpressed cough came from above me. I looked up to see Dream sat on a branch, pointing his loaded bow at me. I tried to lift my hands in mock surrender, but couldn't because of Ink's stupid paint.

"dAmN yOU INkY" I mumbled. And as if summoned by the mere mention of his name Ink appeared in front of me, glaring daggers. Dream quickly teleported next to Ink, still pointing his bow at me – as if I could actually do anything they couldn't stop without weapons.

I sighed and let my body slide down the tree until I was sat semi comfortably in its roots. I was not happy with being here, but, again, I had no choice in the matter. It was going to be a while before I could get back 'home'.

Ink stepped forward and I tried to teleport into the branches above me only to remember that I still had that damned paint on me. I had already shuffled back into the tree as much as I could, but I still tried to push myself further back.

"COuLd yOu TAkE THis OfF?" I asked, gesturing to the paint. There's no harm in asking... right? "iT dOeSN't mATch My cOLouR ScHEme."

To mine and Dream's surprise, Ink removed the paint. I quickly teleported into the branches of the tree, away from Ink. Ink wanted something... I could feel it. It was the only feasible explanation for him being so... nice. I am a curious being by nature, so naturally I wanted to know what he was up to - that's the only reason I didn't go back to the Anti-Void.

"WHaT dO yOu wANt InK?" I asked, slightly wary.

"Error... I want to... Talk." Ink replied calmly, but he seemed tense too. Ink was definitely up to something.

"WhY? YOu'Ve nEVer WaNteD tO bEForE. SO whY nOw?" I was definitely on edge, this isn't the Ink I know.

"Call it... curiosity. I want the real reason you destroy AU's. So why?" Ink stated, as though I should have known what he wanted. I'm not a mind reader.

"WAIT! Ink! Are you stupid? You're not seriously going to try and get any truth out of... him. Are you?" Dream yelled in disgust, gesturing towards me. Ink just nodded. "W-What? That is like asking a Chara why they do Genocide! The answer is simple - they enjoy it."

"ThEy ReaLly Don'T. TheY HaTe It, jUSt lIke I HaTe iT. It'S nOt oUr CHoiCe." I muttered under my breath.

"So, what do you say? We have a nice civil chat about this and then we see what happens." Ink asked after he and Dream gave me confused and doubtful looks.

"SO, yOu'Re rEaLly WilLiNg tO LiSteN!?" I asked hopefully. This was probably just another one of Ink's ploys to try and get me to let my guard down, but if I can get him to understand what he's doing by creating so many AU's, maybe he'll stop.

"Yeah, if you're willing to tell the truth."

I've been waiting for a chance like this since... erm... well for a long time. I hope this isn't one of Ink's ploys, but this is too good of an opportunity to pass up.

"oK." I said. "nOw, Do yOu wANt thE lOnG oR sHoRT veRsIOn?"

"Short. The others will be wondering why Dream and I are late for the meeting." Ink said, sounding bored.

Alright. He wants the short version... I'll give it to him. I took a deep breath and "yOU aRE KilLiNG tHEm aLl sLOwlY bY cReATiNG tOo mANy AU's..."

"That doesn't make any sense." Dream laughed. I ignored him and continued.

"INk. THe AU's aRe tOO cROwdED aNd ThEy aRe gROwiNg tOO bIG. SOonEr oR LaTer TwO oF TheM wIlL cOlLiDe anD oNe WiLl diE aNYwAy... JUst lIkE mIne. I-I wAs pUlLed iNTo tHe AnTi-VoId bEForE mY uNIvErsE cRUmbLed cOMpLetEly. THey woUlDn't LeT mE DIe!" As soon as those words left my mouth I froze. I've only told one person until now, and to be honest it felt good, but also really, really bad. Ink and Dream are not support to know that. When I get back in the Anti-Void it's going to be Hell.

I was snapped out of my thoughts by Ink as he began speaking. "This... Is..." I held my breath. "Completely absurd. I don't think that even the Creators would believe you."

My soul dropped, he doesn't believe me.

"Honestly, Error, it sound like you're just trying to escape judgement for your actions. You should know that it's impossible, being a 'judge' yourself." Dream spat.

They don't believe me. I'm so stupid. Why did I even consider the thought that they would?

I opened a portal above me and used my strings to pull myself through. After closing the portal I dropped myself on the floor and just stayed how I landed. For once I let the anger and hatred filled screams of the voices fill the silence in this white prison.

Idiot! Why would you believe them of all monsters?

You couldn't even finish off that AU!

Why did you tell them that of all things!?

What is wrong with you!?

After a while, they died down a bit, but they weren't happy with me at all. Then again when's anyone happy with me.

-Time Skip-

A sharp, twisting pain shot through my soul as yet another crack was added to the intricate web of chips and fractures on my soul. Ink was creating something again.
