A narrators point of view

At this point in Shanes life nothing seemed worth it. He tore himself apart little by little every day without noticing. By giving in to his now-old-life he made themselves weak, vulnerable. Anything could set him off and nothing could help. At this point in the story it's summer and he is alone. He is alone in his thoughts and in the world itself. He has nothing to loose. He would rather get rid of himself.
