"Hey sorry, are you ok?" the man asked.
"yeah, sorry I-I just...I don't know I'm sorry." I responded. I was just a second away from crying.
He was a trigger to me.

how
he just was.
He saw what condition I was in.
I could tell it hurt him.
He was already so hurt,
you could tell.
I didn't want to make him worse but I couldn't just leave him there knowing I could've made a slight difference in his attitude.
