Keith and Lance are the first ones to get to their Lions. The Red Lion was the first to get retrieved, and it was pretty simple... At first. Keith's Lion was inside of a secret chamber in a cave on the Galra base and only Keith and Lance knew where to look. They snuck out of their small ship and creept past security no problem. They went to where the Lion was supposed to be, but it wasn't there. "Where the heck is this stupid thing?!?" Keith Whisper-Shouted. "It should be here somewhere. Just keep looking." Lance and Keith searched for a little while longer until Keith stumbled upon markings along the wall. Keith grazed his hand along them and they lit up, shimmering bright green. "Woah, how did you do that?" Lance said as he stood back and watched in awe as a walkway opened up through the rocks of the wall. "I don't know. I just touched it." Keith and Lance walked side by side down the narrow Hall and it opened up to reveal the resting place of the Red Lion. But something was off. "Why is the Blue Lion here too. And why do they look like they're cuddling." This was true. Both the Lions layed together, clinging to one another. They where sleeping, a force field around the two. "Sooo.. What do we do now?" Lance walked up to the two, confused. He touch the forcefield surrounding them and, to his surprise, the field shut off and the Blue Lion unraveled himself from the Red and stretched out, opening it's mouth to purr. This woke the other, Red Lion up, and it too stretched. "Why where they cuddling? Could they be..." Before Keith could finish, both the Lions layed down, in unison, and open there mouths for Keith and Lance to get in. Hesitantly, the two boys hoped in and the mouth closed behind them. As soon as the got into their seats and buckled in, their control panels lit up and the Lions blasted two holes into the ceiling, the cave starting to crumble around them. The two Lions jumped up, and flew out of the cave, Galra soldiers starting to shout commands and shooting up at the sky where the Lions both disappeared into the clouds.
I know this chapter is pretty short, but I'm doing two more chapters, both explaining how Shiro, Hunk and Pidge got their Lions. As always..
