Shattered Heart(august alsina fan fiction)

The miracle.

I took a glance at shayla's body again. She was lying on the floor unconscious. Blood was pouring out of her body, Her head was cracked open but not all the way. One of her legs were cut all the way off and was on the other side of the road. I couldn't believe my eyes.

"August.What happened"

August pov:

Everything happened so fast. Im so glad that Krystina didn't seen what had happen.The scene will replay over and over in her mind like I am.I looked over at Krystina.

"August. What happened"

words couldn't come out my mouth correctly.  I was still shocked and I was shaking. I began to stutter.

"Sh...she...wa...was..tr..t..trying..to..to..ru..run..aw....away...she..g...got...in...th...the...mi...mid..middle...o...of..th...the..str..streets.....and.....th..then....a...bi..big....t..truck....hit.....h..her"

Krystina covered her mouth with her hands.Then she ran to me and hugged me.

When the police arrived.We had followed the ambulance to the hospital.

Jh'quanza pov:

No matter how much hate I had for Shayla, I still cared about her. I wanted her to get hurt but not that much. The police had asked us a couple of questions but I didnt know what to say because it was technically out fault for her getting hurt.I hope that she still alive with us. I can never live with myself knowing that I had a part of her death.

We sat in the hospital for hours waiting for the doctor to tell us if she is going to be alright. Krystina was fast asleep, she must of been really tired from everything that happened. Anyways this doctor needs to hurry up .

August pov:

I really hope that shayla is okay.I shouldnt have let krystina and jh'quanza go to shayla's house but I was really mad and   I have been keeping a dark deep secret from krystina and jh'quanza. The thing is that Shayla was carrying my baby. She found out that she was pregnant a week after Krystina found us in bed together. Now I lost my second child and its all my fault. Nobody knew about shayla's baby . it was our little secret.  I didnt want krystina to hate me even more than she did .The doctor finally showed up .

"Shayla had life threatening injuries but we managed to save her . Unfortunately, we couldn't save her baby"

Krystina and Jh'quanza looked at me. Then krystina finally spoke.

"baby?"

"Yes, she was 4 weeks pregnant but the baby had died during the accident.  The good news is that you can see her when she wakes up"

I knodded my head and said "thankyou"

Krystina gave me a sign to come here . I did as I was told.

"August, why didnt you tell me that she was pregnant"

" I couldn't risk you hate me even more"

"I could never hate you but if you would have told me. we would never be in this mess and.you wouldve have a perfect little family"

I could tell that she was mad about the fact that shayla was pregnant.

"Krystina. I dont want a family with her. I mean if she had the baby I would take care of the baby. I do not want shayla. that was a mistake . I want you. I love you"

" idk August.  I did everything for you and u cheated on me. I can't do this right now"

"ok I understand"

I kissed her small hands.

The doctor came back and told us that we can see her .  She was in room 14 , I opened the door.

"shayla?"
