Broken, That's all I feel!

Chapter 32

Violla P.O.V.

We where all standing in a huge clearing colours of dark green moss sprouting out from the dirt forest floor I could smell the moss and earth any wolf could but being pregnant makes it harder to ignore. 

We had around 210 warriers from Marko and I's pack, everyone was on high alert not just because of the upcoming war that was inevitable but the fact that there future Luna was now carrying the future Alpha or Luna of the pack, so everyone was very protective over me, but Marko was espeacially, he told me over and over again that 'no one's going to touch whats his', I would normally roll my eyes at this but not today I felt very comforted by his words.

The sun was setting in the distance making the trees around us look sligtly yellow with the sun behind them. Sky going a grey blue colour, the waterfall 3 miles north of where we where all standing I could hear the waves slap against the rocks from bellow and the sound of the water falling from the cliff face at the top. this place was beautiful to me, shame it's going to be ruined soon with the blood of the 'family' that raised me and war noises sounding off the trees.

I stood behind Marko, his father (I don't know if I named his father and I forget the mothers name so new names, Peter his father and his mother Miranda).

Peter stood beside Marko on his right and behind him to his left was his Beta Andrew, Miranda was back in the pack territory help looking after the teens and children including Christina and Altonia.

Cameron stood at the other side of Marko as his future Beta and Tri stood with me holding my other hand, the one that wasn't sqeezing the life out of my mate's hand he occassionally squeezed my hand back but didn't look at me, focussing on which direction they where coming in from.

"Don't worry Vi, with our numbers already against their favour we will win we have more experience and skill as a pack than they do, and with you as our secret weapon, they won't stand a chance." Tri whispered and squeezed my hand a little harder to try to calm me. All I could think is that these people my future pack memebers are willing to sacrifice their lives for me, it isn't fair on them. they shouldn't be involved.

"Breathe, baby, Tri's right" Tri puffed her chest out at that and nodded her head furiously at that it made me lagh. "See baby we got your back, you'll be laughing all the way back to our dorm room, by the end of this. No need to worry it's not good for either of you" he turned to me and glanced down at my stomach. Right breathe have to protect our baby. I take my hand out of Tri's and place it over my stomach and rubbed circled around my flat stomach.

a while later I got tired standing on my feet, so I sat down on the dry but dirt growned bellow. everyone got closer to me as I was in a 'vulnerable' position. "Baby my feet hurt, why are they not here yet so we can get this over with and everyone can go home and be with their families it's not fair to let us wait" I whined He leaned down to my level and stroked my cheeks with his thumbs "baby I can hear them coming closer now so I'm sorry but your going to have to stand and get ready, remember they won't touch you!" she growled out at the end and quickly kissed my lips and kissed my flat stomach "be good to your mommy now little one" he looked at me again then lifted me to my feet, turned around and got in a defensive position arms around me pulling me to him.

"GET READY EVERYONE, THERE HERE!" He spat out, I heard some shuffling from behind and soon after silence. I couldn't take my eyes off Marko. Then I heard a lot of leaves rustling around wind catching on our opponents bodies. I gulped back the bile that was going to come, and pulled Tri close to me again my temperature getting cooler. She noticed and hugged me from the side her heat was comforting, but not enough to stop my worry return, I new we had numbers, experience and me on our side but still I will worry.
