This story will have people of colour as main characters. I am one as well, and I relate better to them. I have done quite a bit of research on prisons in the United States and how they work, but I do realize that I may have overlooked some details, considering I have never even been there before (the US, not prison). Kindly inform me in the comment section should you find any inconsistencies.
I do try my best to proofread my chapters before uploading them, but if you find any grammatical or punctuation error, do let me know. I won't mind.
The story will be told from both characters' point of views. If the chapter is in Katja's point of view, I will be mentioning so at the beginning to avoid any confusion.
