Hopeless Romantic

As I walk into the room, he was there. It took me one second to recognise his tattoos. I always keep wondering what's the meaning behind it. Why did he choose that particular design?

He was there with his friends. Everyone in his group seem to be having a girlfriend, but as far as I am aware he is single. Part of me thinks that he needs a girlfriend because he is just so perfect, but part of me is glad that he doesn't have one. This means that I stand a chance.

However, even though I love to think that a part of him has some sort of crush on me. It seems unrealistic for him to like me. He just wouldn't go for a girl like me.

This makes me feel sad. I feel overwhelmed by this feelings that I am feeling. While I am with my friends Katie and Laura I have been looking at him from time to time and I would catch him looking at me.

All my friends keep telling me that its a good thing and that he probably likes me too, but I don't believe them.

After lunch I went to the Library to do some homework because I didn't feel like going home. Once I sat down by the computer and logged on, he walked in. I'm not sure how to feel about that.

On top of the fact that he is in the same room as me, he also just sat right next to me.

"Hey" he said and smile. I panicked, but managed to reply.

"I am Ronnie, whats your name?" he asked me.

"I am Payal, but you can call me Pay." I said to him and smiled. He smiled back at me and I could feel my heart melt.

"Nice to meet you Pay." he said and turned back to his computer.

"Nice to meet you too." I half whispered
