Ronnie has talked to me that day, even though we didn't have a full long conversation, I still didn't believe what was happening. He Actually spoke to me first.
Since then he has been on my mind every waking hour. I haven't seen him though and I am aware he is leaving next Tuesday which means I only get two days to see him before he disappears out of my life forever.
None of my friends were in college at lunch today, so instead of casual canteen I went to girls changing room as there is barely anyone in there. I just didn't want to be seen.
Little did I know that he would be around gym. I accidentally walked into him and almost fell over. Without thinking I just said to him
"I guess I almost fell for you" I have been waiting all my life to use that line.
He had the biggest smile I have ever seen and said
"Good one Pay, how long have you waited to use that line" he said and it feels like he is reading my mind.
"Almost forver, never had the chance to use it" I replied sounding more excited that I intended to be.
"Well, since you tried to chat me up" he winked and I could feel myself melt "would you care to have lunch with me, but it's okay if you want to go to gym"
"I am not sure" I told him
"I understand, its okay if you don't want to come with me since you barely know me I just don't like being on my own and I would love to spend some time with you and get to know you better." he told me.
I didn't know what to say to him. I couldn't bring myself to say anything. So instead I just nodded in agreement.
Before I knew it I was going to lunch with Ronnie.
