Aurora Lavender's Pov
I had been resting for an entire day and I already felt incredebly bored. The sun was yet to set but my detirmination to get to work was undenieble. I stood up and took a deep breath as I closed my eyes and let my now clothed shoulders fall down. I felt so much stronger already. I smirked as I opened my eyes and walked over to the chest that held my old belongings in it. I picked out a leather armour, my weapons, a white shirt and a pair of knee high boots before I changed clothing.
I felt my true spirit return to me as I walked out of the toumb. The sun was already on it's way up. I giggled as I took of into a sprint and ran up the steep hill. I felt my legs move beneath me as if I had the strenght of Aslan himself. I felt the wind pull my blonde hair as if it wanted to catch me and make me fly along with it. Once I reached the top of the cliff I could not help but admire the beautiful view in front of me. Daisies and colorfull tulips surrounded the cliff on which I was standing upon. The sun was rising by the horizon as if it was stretching from a long night's sleep. The trees were as still as usually, but there was something different hanging in the air... hope.
"There is hope in every corner, a light in every doom. For we must believe as we enter Aslan's room. Once the royals return, once the flowers bloom, all will be restored and the trees will move...", I sang sweetly with my hand resting on my sword. My eyes were fixed onto the horizon.
"...Tell me, Aslan, what can I do?", once I finished I felt a strong gust of wind in my hair, something was wrong.
I once again took of sprinting, but now I was moving back towards the toomb. Somethine terrible was about to happend. I kept hearing the name "Caspian" over and over again in my mind. I followed my heart and ran towards Aslan's table. On the way there I caught the eyes of the Pevensies, they could see the panick that was running through my veins. I ran and ran until I finally reached my goal, the toumb. I heard the Pevensies and a dwarf follow close behind me as I shouted.
"Caspain! No!", my eyes landed on the dark creatures that were captivating the prince. Caspaian was standing in front of a great wall of ice which held the white witch inside of it. There were dark, gloomy creatures with the faces of animals that held his bleeding hand out in front of him. I quickly drew my sword and began to battle the two creatures, alongside me the people who had followed me down fought for their lives. My eyes suddently landed on Peter. He was standing in front of the witch now, his face completley fixated onto her as she spoke. I grunted as I took one last blow at the creature with the face of a bear, and he didn't fight back, he just ran away. I turned to Peter and saw the ice wall shatter to a billion pieces as it came crashing down onto the ground, leaving a breathless looking boy behind it. His hair was as dark as raven and his eyes were as blue as snow. His chest was dressed in the Narnian crest, telling me that he was King Edmund, the just. His eyes borred into Peter's as he spoke.
"I know, you had it covvered", he walked out of the room together with the young woman that I assumed was Queen Susan and a little girl that I assumed was Queen Lucy. I turned to the two boys once more as they shared a look between their four eyes. I walked over to them and even though it may have seemed cold in the toumb, my bare legs did not make me freeze. I had my sword in my right hand and my shield in the other. My bow was wrapped around my back and my chainmail clinged as I walked with detirmined steps.
"Are you two quite alright?", both of their eyes landed on me and quickly widdened as they searched my body with their orbs. I saw how a deep red color made it's way onto the prince's cheeks, something which I did not understand the reason of.
"Ehm, ehm... yeah, we're fine", said Peter as he rubbed the back of his head. I smiled at the two of them before I adressed the tense feeling in the room.
"Is there something wrong that I do not know of?", their eyes met as if they were trying to have a conversation without me.
"Ehm... ehm... it's just... we are not used to seeing women dressed in so... little", I rose my eyebrow at the dark haired prince.
"I do not understand. Do women not fight where you come from?", my eyes went from Caspian to Peter.
"Ehm... no, not really", I looked at the two of them with eyebrows raised.
"You two are extreamly strange...", I shook my head as I walked out of the toumb once more, leaving the two young men with shocked expressions.
Caspain's POV
Once Aurora turned her back to Peter and me I could not help but follow her body with my eyes, and earning a slap to the back of my head from High King Peter. I winced in pain as I held my head in my hand and looked over at the now stern king.
"Don't even think about it!", I couldn't help but smirk a little bit as he pointed his finger towards me with a fatherly voice.
How could I not look when the most beutiful woman I had ever seen was in the room? Her face had the shape of a heart and her innocence only improved her strenght. She was a female warrior, those are hard to find. She wore a skirt made out of leather and chainmail along with a leather corset and a white tunic. Her sword was large and seemed heavy even for a man. She did not even know that it was unusuall for a woman to carry weapons, let alone dress like... that...
Aurora's pov
Once I reached the top of the stairs I came face to face with queen Susan and queen Lucy. I bowed my head at them, showing my respects.
"Your majesties", spoke I with politeness in my voice. Both of their eyes widdened as they landed upon me.
"Princess Aurora, I see that you are finally awake", spoke Susan with a great smile plastered on her lips. Lucy was still starring at me with her eyes widdened.
"Ehm, yes, I suppose so...", I smiled at them, one which they returned. Before I had any time to ask the question that was burning inside me I could hear the sound of hoofbeats. My eyes darted over to the other side of the field, they landed on a thin line of black. I straightened my back and placed a hand on my sword.
"Someone's comming", once I could see the line of black clearer I came to the realisation that it wasn't just someone, it was an army, an army led by the man who hated me the most, Miraz.
