Alexia's POV
The music stopped, everyone around us bowed, we did too. Me and Brandon sat at a table, and drank champagne. Brandon raised his glass and said "I raise a glass for me, you and us and I just want to say a few words." Brandon took a deep breath looked at me and said "Meeting you was fate, becoming your friend was a choice, but falling in love with you was beyond my control." "To us" I said raising my glass against Brandon's.
Around 2 hours later, the principal, Mrs Rodwell made a announcement, She came on the stage and announced "This years valentine's king is Brandon Knight and this years valentine's Queen is Alexia Middleton." Everyone started cheering as me and Brandon took to the stage for our crowns and my flowers. Brandon led me off the stage, and we went back to the dorm.
Later on/Next day...
I had fell asleep on the sofa, yet woken up in my room with blankets. I got up and went into the kitchen where Brandon was sitting eating toast.
B: "Ah, sleeping beauty has awoken."
I just laughed
B:"you want breakfast, Princess?"
"Sure" I said, whilst making coffee
He got up and made breakfast while I sat down and drunk my coffee. After breakfast I got changed and me and Brandon went to town. we had a long walk through the park and went for ice-cream after.
