CHAPTER 9

| Forbidden Forest |

The black roses and the black leaves that glowed red started to emit gleaming red fairy-like lights. It rose to the air, scattering.

"Midez." Oza called out to the white witch she works with for years. He finally noticed the red tiny ball of lights floating around the forbidden forest.

Oza caught Midez's interest. She finally stopped staring at the moon and shifted her attention to the forest they are currently in.

She looked down and saw tiny red lights floating which made her give out a smile.

"Wake the wolf. Our new mission is about to begin."

Oza motioned the plants to whip at the sleeping Agus. Agus jumped in surprise. He was going to get back at Oza when he finally saw red lights floating from the forest.

"We need to protect who ever that blood bound was." Agus said the moment he settled next to the two.

"Stating the obvious, Agus. Aw!"Midez silently chuckled when Agus gave a light punch on Oza's head. Oza maybe able to be good at fighting with plants but he's no expert in physical fights. He's more of a healer and that light punch, without a doubt is actually sort of painful for him.

"Our mission." The two went quiet when Midez finally started to talk. "We need to keep close eye on Luna and her mate, but we shouldn't disregard that Ciero is keeping an eye on her, as well. The ghouls and their leader were still on the loose. Our movements need to be strategized."

She snapped her fingers once.

"Don't you think the moon is lovely today, Loona?" The voice lingered in her head.

She looked at the mirror and smiled to her reflection, "I am the Moon Goddess." Her eyes weary. "I am Loona. I am the Moon Goddess." A tear fell from her eyes.

She immediately shoved it when she heard a familiar voice.

"The moon is lovely today, don't you think so, Loona?" said the familiar voice. She gave out a smirk and walk to her bed before sitting on the mattress.

"I find it funny when you two say the same thing unscripted."She mocked.

"Well, maybe it's because we love each other." The lady said before sitting on a sofa.

The room looks like a business lounge styled. It was on the highest room of the moving school everyone in the world is dying to get into.

"Oh come on, Ciero, we both know you're just being hypocrite."Ciero just gave a smirk to her remarks.

"We both know what is happening right now, you should move if you don't want to be kicked out of your throne." Ciero gave out a smirk before her projection disappeared.

Loona's expression changed in a blink.

"That bitch amuses me." She said shaking her head.

She snapped her fingers. The light carried a remote. She pushed some buttons that alerted people of her call. It didn't take long for her people to gather around—ghouls.

"Find me Luna. Bring her to me."

It was an order given with a smile.
