Bellissa packed some necessities then flew out from her balcony to go find her love. "It hasn't been too long so he shouldn't be far." She spots some guards walking from the border of Canterlot. Bellissa hides until they have walked passed then went the direction they came from. She is now out of Canterlot and there she spots not far from the border entrance, a sad looking Sombra. "Sombra!" "Bellissa? But aren't we not allowed to be near each other?" "We're not. I just want to be with you." Sombra smiles at this. "Well then. Are you ready for your castle?" "Yes!" "I mean it's not really a castle, but it's a decent sized house if that counts." They both talk for hours on there journey to the location of the hiding spot.
Soon enough they make it to the place. "Wow! This place is huge!" Bellissa says in awe. "I knew you would like it." "Like it? This is way over my expectations." They go to their rooms to get some rest. Bellissa awoken to the smell of waffles. She sat up to see a plate full of waffles on her bedside table. She happily ate them then went to say good morning to Sombra. "Sombra, where art thou?" "I'm over here." Bellissa walks into a nearby room. "Where did you get the waffles?" "I brought a box with me before leaving Canterlot." "They were delicious." Bellissa smiles. "I'm glad you think so." It fell silent for a bit "So, Bellissa, I've been thinking." "About what?" "What if you're father finds us and thinks that I kidnapped you and I'm put to death for it?!" "Sombra, calm down. He wouldn't kill you. We'll just have to make him understand that we love each other." Bellissa kisses his cheek then walks back to her room.
~Back in Canterlot~
"Where could she have gone?" Bellissa's father questioned. "Well, she probably went with that stallion. It seemed like she took quite a liking to him." Sword Dancer answered. "She doesn't love him! He must have manipulated her to think she does! We must find her before he kills her or worse!" He shouts. "Yes, sir." Sword Dancer takes his leave.
"Daddy, you don't understand. She really does love him." "Luna, she doesn't even know what love is." "Dad, she's sixteen! I think she is able to know what love is." "Let's talk about this after we find her. Now unless you have any idea where she might have went, leave." Tears started to form in Luna's eyes as she walked away.
~Bellissa and Sombra's place~
"Bellissa we're going somewhere." Sombra states cheerfully. "Ok." Bellissa giggles. "Where would that be?" "I don't know yet, but we need to get food other wise we will starve." Bellissa nods puts on het cape and then they're off.
They make it to a small run down town. Bellissa spots a young mare nearby. "Maybe she knows where a shop is." Bellissa points her out. When they walk over the mare's eyes widen in fear. "Are you hear to h-hurt me?" She asks. "No, why would we do that?" Sombra questions. She calms down slightly. "U-um, never m-mind." "We came to ask if you knew where a shop is." Sombra says. "Oh, there's one right ove-" She begins then yells out, "RUN!" "Huh?" The two of them say in unison as they look behind them to see a group of ponies, or so they thought. The things started attacking the ponies of the town. One went after the mare they were just talking to. Bellissa charged at the one as Sombra was fighting of some others. Bellissa stood in a protective stance in front of the mare. The thing hissed at her. Her eyes started to glow and she started to float up. A crystal heart appeared in front of her chest. She put her horn on it as a blue beam shot from the middle of the heart and shot all of the things. She was then lowered. All of the creatures flew away. "What were those things?" Sombra asks out of breath. "Changelings. They feed of ponies love. For some reason they've been targeting us for years." "I see. Well, um..." "Amazonite." "Amazonite, you should come stay with us. You and everyone else. My lover Sombra and I will protect you." "But is there enough room for all of us where you live?" Amazonite asks. "We will build houses for you all with the materials we all have." "Oh, thank you so much Miss. Who is it you are?" "I am Bellissa. Princess Bellissa to be exact." "You're a princess? Does that mean you're an alicorn?" A small colt asks from beside her. "Well I am an Alicorn, but you don't exactly have to be one to be a princess." "Why are you hiding your wings?" Amazonite questions. "Well, I'm hiding from my father." "Why?" "Because he doesn't want me to be with Sombra, but I can't stand the thought of never seeing him again so I left. If he finds me Sombra could be jailed forever." "Ah." "Shall we get going then?" Sombra asks. "Yes, let's proceed." They all walk as a group to the area of their house. The love in the town starts coming back as they all start becoming all shiny and crystal like.
~2 years later~
They have a small city made for the ponies and they have the crystal heart in the middle of the town to remind them of the day they were saved. They would celebrate that day with the Crystal Faire. Today was the day of the Crystal Faire and the day that Bellissa and Sombra decided to get married.
"I am so excited!" Bellissa exclaims. "I know, so am I!" Amazonite exclaims as well. "Thank you for picking me as your maid of honour." "There's ne need to thank me. You are my best friend. I wouldn't pick anyone else." "But what about your sisters?" "I'm not able to go back there. Also Celestia never liked me anyway. Let's just get on with the wedding." Amazonite nods.

They said their vows and kissed. Everyone celebrated. Suddenly the door slammed open. Her father was at the door. "Why does he always open the door at times like this?" Bellissa asks herself. The room is silent. "Are you here to bring me back home?" "No, I'm here for your wedding. Sorry for the late entrance." "What do you mean?" "Somepony from here came to Canterlot and I may have been stalking their conversation they were having. I just wanted to be here for you." "So you're not here to stop it?" "No, I am not. I understand that I was being quite stupid and want to make it up to you. I will build you a better castle and help you keep this place alive and support any decision you make. Well, at least most of them." "Are you being serious?" He just nods. Tears of joy fall from her eyes. She kisses Sombra again then runs over to her father and jumps into his arms. They all have a happy moment together. "So what is this place called?" Her father asks. "Well, sir father-in-law, we don't really have a name for it." Sombra states. "The Crystal Empire. We'll call it the Crystal Empire." Bellissa tells him. "Let it be done."
