Chapter 29 A kiss

(Ashley's POV)

Oh, no!!  Did I just speak my mind out??

Dear god, I hope he didn't hear anything.

I felt his whole body stiffed up.  

He heard it, for sure.

Oh well, what was said was said, I couldn't take it back.

At least I didn't say 'Please don't go and please spend ridiculously amount of time with me everyday.'

I pulled away, and gently put my hands on one side of his cheek.

I got a funny feeling in my palm as my hand touched his beard.  I could do this all day.

I looked at his face carefully, luckily he's not looking at me, otherwise I would collapse right here right now.  He looking straight at god knows what, and his body was still stiff and tense.

I slowly tiptoed to kiss his cheek.

(Avi's POV)

I widened my eyes, and stared at a random object in front of me.

She leaned in to plant a soft kiss on my cheek.

It was the nicest feeling ever.

After she kissed me, she took a step behind.

Her face was red like an apple, and she kept looking down.

"Bye guys, take care..."  She waved at us.

"Bye Ash!!!"  We all waved back, well, they did.  I was standing still like a statue, and I was wearing a stupid grin on my face.

They all grabbed their carry-ons and turned around to leave.

Ashley saw that I was still standing there, and she blushed harder.

"Bye, Ca-cactus..."  She mumbled and quickly turned around to leave as well.

I watched her as she left.

She said that she'll miss me the most.  SHE SAID THAT SHE'LL MISS ME THE MOST!!!!

And she hugged me, and she kissed my cheek.  I can't take that all in at the same time!!

I think she just killed me...

I happy sighed.  And started to relive all that again.

"AVI!!!  ARE YOU GOING OR NOT??"  I heard Mitch yelled behind me.

"Oh, sorry."  I turned around and quickly catch up with everyone.

"So, you and Ash, huh?"  Kirstie jabbed me with her elbow, smirking.

"Seriously, you just noticed it now??"  Mitch chuckled.

"I thought they hated each other before?"  

"Oh, adorable, adorable Kirstie."  Scott shook his head.

"Wait,  so they are being mean, but they don't hate each other?  I'm confused."  Kirstie said.

Kevin chuckled at Kirstie's confused look.

(Ashley's POV)

After I got home, I jumped onto the sofa and lay there.

An empty house, all to myself.

Maybe I should take a nap. I have work in two hours.

I closed my eyes and tried to sleep, but I can't.

Maybe I should change into some comfy clothes.

I got up and went to my bedroom.

I opened my closet, and took out a sweat shirt.

Before I took off my shirt, I should close the door first.

I walked over to the door.

Wait, there's no one in the house but me, I don't need to close the door when I change!

I changed quickly and lay on my bed.

I wonder what Avi's doing right now....

Dang it, I miss him already.

It's only been like an hour.  Now he's probably on a plane.

I hope Kevin could take some sleep war photos .
