Bad Start
We cross a bridge that leads to the Academy, it's so big like a huge medieval castle. I look out the window trying my best to get a good look at it. It has so many windows and is surrounded by water. The only way to leave the grounds is through the bridge. Well I guess I'm stuck here, the closest town isn't for miles.
We drove up to the side of the Academy and got out of the car. I look at all the scenery before me, it's so beautiful. I look back over at Adam to see him handing over his keys. They're having their own conversation so I turn back to look at the Academy.
I wait patiently as Adam finishes talking to his...friend, I guess. When they finish he walks up next to me as his friend drives off somewhere with his car. I stare after his car and Adam notices.
"He's putting it away." I look back at him and nod.
He nods as well before walking ahead towards the entrance of the castle. I follow him silently.
As we walk in I can hear laughter from somewhere in the castle. I look around, but see no-one. There's a double staircase and in the center floor theres a design of the solar system. If you keep walking forward theres a hall and a door at the end which leads outside.
I stare in awe at everything around me. Wow this place is just...wow. Just when I think it can't get anymore awesome theres a new surprise.
"Well I guess I'll show you to your room." Adam said as I finished gawking at the place.
"Um yeah." I said following him up the stairs. When we got to the top of the stairs I looked for any signs of well anybody, but came up empty.
"Everyones downstairs getting ready for dinner." Adam explained.
My mouth formed an 'o' as I nodded. Hmm that explains why this place seems so deserted.
We came to a stop in front a wooden door, Adam opened it. "Well here we are."
He held his hand out in front of him as he held the door open. I looked in to find two king-size beds on different sides of the room. One of them had a suitcase and cardboard box on top and had bare walls. While the other side of the room was covered with posters, the bed's comforter was navy along with the large dresser next to it. In the middle of the room there was a flat screen T.V. and two bubble chairs. In one corner of the room there was a desk with a computer and office chair.
"That's your side of the room. I had someone bring your stuff from home. Not much there though." Adam said pointing to the plain bed containing my suitcase and cardboard box.
I nodded, "Yeah I didn't really have much stuff. Thanks."
He nodded while smiling, "No prob. So I'll let you freshen up and we can go have dinner with everyone else. I'll be just out here." He said pointing towards the hallway.
I nodded as he shut the door behind him. I walked towards the suitcase and pulled out a fresh pair of clothes. I went into the bathroom and took a quick shower to get the chunks of food out of my hair. I changed quickly and rushed out the door so I didn't keep Adam waiting.
I closed the door behind me and Adam turned to me with a smile on his face, "Ready?"
I nodded, "Yeah." I gave him my best smile and he gestured for me to walk with him.
"So I should probably explain somethings to you, like your roommate." Adam said walking at a slow pace.
I nodded for him to go on. "Well first off we had limited rooms with the great amount of people here so um we had to place you with..." He was interrupted by a girl yelling out his name.
