They got off the plane and grabbed their bags. The man grabbed his duffle bag and threw his other bag over his shoulder. "Lieutenant Dixon." A man yelled.

Daryl turned around and walked over to him and put his bags on the ground, "Yes sir."

"You have a family waiting for you?" The man asked.

Daryl glanced down and back up to the man, "A wife I hope so."

"This is the hardest part. Just take it slow and I'm sure it will work out." The man said as he went for his bags. Daryl picked up his bags and went into the airport. He grabbed a dollar from one of his bags and went to the bar counter.

"Can I have change please." Daryl asked the bartender.

The bartender grabbed the dollar and slid the change to him. Daryl picked it up and went to the pay phone and called her number. The phone rang and rang, "Hey you missed me please your message after the beep.... BEEP" The voicemail said.

Daryl was bummed, but he didn't care he was going to see the love of his life in a few hours. Daryl hung the phone up and went outside to catch a taxi. Someone got out and he got in.

On the way to his home they drove by some crappy places, like a few hundred old buildings, some runned down stores, and an abandoned motel that wasn't abandoned at all. Daryl laid his head on the side of the window and looked at all the crappy things he saw.

At the abandoned building coming up he saw that someone was opening the fence. Daryl looked around and just as he past the motel he swore he had seen Delilah and some guards with guns, but he just thought that he was just seeing stuff and had been away from Delilah so long that the old cab driver could have been Delilah if he looked for a long time. Daryl laughed and watched more stuff as he was on his way home.

The cab driver came to a stop. "Here we are sir." The cab driver said.

Daryl looked up and saw the meter and grabbed that much money and gave it to the cab driver with extra money for a tip. "Are you sure man?" The cab driver said as he looked at the money he gave to him.

Daryl got his bags and ran to his door, "Ya keep the change!"

Daryl was too happy that nothing in the world could stop him from seeing his gorgeous wife and never stop kissing her. He knocked on the door. No answer. He then lifted the Welcome mat and picked up the spare key and unlocked the door.

Daryl went in and threw his bags on the ground next to the door and shut the door behind him. "Baby I'm home... Finally!" Daryl said as he walked around their home. He went up the stairs and into their bedroom and all around the house with no sign of Delilah.

Daryl was mad, but he still didn't care. Daryl began to walk to the bus stop. He went around the corner and saw that the bus doors were closing. Daryl ran as fast he could and all his brain did was bring the memories of him and Delilah.

"STOP.... WAIT!" Daryl yelled.

The bus driver saw him and opened up the doors. Daryl got on and thanked the man and the man thanked him. Daryl sat down in an empty seat.

"Where you headed to?" A woman asked.

Daryl looked over at her. "To my wife." He said and smiled.

Daryl pushed the button to make the man know to stop and he got out. Daryl stopped a couple of blocks away from Ava's house. Daryl ran the whole way there and stopped as he got to the porch of the house.

"Here I come babe." Daryl said to himself as he walked up closer to the door. Daryl knocked on the door.

Trixie was feeding Lou when she heard the knock. Trixie thought it was Zack, but little did she know it was Daryl.

Trixie grabbed Louie and went to the door and opened it. When she saw who it was her jaw dropped.

Daryl put her jaw back in place, "Damn I was gone long enough for you to have a kid.... So where's Delilah?" Daryl said as he went passed Trixie and into the house.

"DELILAH I'M HERE!" Daryl yelled.

"Who in the hell is yelling in my house like that." Ava said as she walked into the living room and saw Daryl standing there.

Ava began to cry and went to Daryl to give him a hug. Daryl put his arms around her and gave her a hug in return. Ava cried louder as Leah went into the room and saw Daryl too. Daryl looked around and then he knew something was definitely wrong.

"Where's Delilah?" Daryl asked.

Ava looked up at Daryl, "You should sit down for this."

Daryl sat on the couch and had a tear running down his face. Daryl thought Delilah died.

"She went missing about a week ago. We put in a missing person's report in and they're doing their best with an investigation." Trixie said as she handed him Louie.

"What the fuck Trixie I'm not in the mood to hold your baby. I just found out my wife went missing." Daryl said angry and sad.

Daryl pushed Lou away and Trixie pushed him closer. "I told you Trixie I don't want to hold hi...." Daryl said before Trixie cut him off.

"HE'S YOURS." Trixie yelled at Daryl.

Daryl looked at Trixie and then Leah and then Ava and then looked at Lou, "What?" Daryl was shocked.

Trixie put Lou in his lap and Daryl held him.

"A week after you left Delilah called me because she had missed her period and of course she's never done that before, so I picked her up and we talked and then she told me that y'all umm had sex before you left. We went to the store and got a pregnancy test and she peed on it and it was positive. Three months ago she was in labor and I cut the cord for you and she was suposed to surprise you when you would come back. Surprise!" Trixie explained to Daryl as she cried.

Daryl looked at him and gave him a huge hug and kissed him all over his face. "So what's his name?" Daryl asked.

Leah interrupted everybody, "Louis, but we call him Louie or Lou for short."

Daryl just looked at Lou, "At least I have a piece of Delilah." Daryl whispered to Lou.
