Mary had arrived at the hospital and she is still unconscious. Mary had a concussion and her hand is broken. She started to wake up slowly and when she did, everything was blurry and she felt as if she was hallucinating. After a few minutes, her vision was clear enough so that she could identify who somebody was.

"I think she is waking up." a voice very close to Mary said.

"Yeah, I see it too." Another voice called out.

"Mary, are you awake?" the first voice called out and at that moment, Mary knew it was Jane and Mackenzie.

"Yes, I am awake. Are you Mackenzie and Jane because my vision is not completely clear," She replied.

"Yes, it is us dumb butt," Jane said with a gentle smile.

"We just came here to see how you were and sorry for bailing on you, the dog remember? Oh, we may not be able to see you in a while too." Mackenzie stated.

Shortly after, both Jane and Mack departed.

Mary had gotten back from the hospital and her leg healed sooner than expected, so she was perfectly okay physically, not emotionally. Mary kept thinking, Some bitch is out to get me. What the fuck did I do to them? I was pretty mean to people back then, but nowadays, it is different. Telling a fucking teacher is one thing, but trying to kill me is another.

While in her thoughts which were a mixture of emotions, mainly angry, depressed and anxious.

Ding dong, the doorbell rang. Mary walked down the stairs and opened the door, and she was expecting it to be her dad because he comes home around this time. When she opened the door, the blonde police lady was standing behind it.

"Hello, this is Olivia from the police department. I believe we have met before," Olivia stated while showing her badge.

"Oh yes, you were the officer who told me about the Justin/Noah thing," Mary replied with a confused tone in her voice.

Am I in trouble? Is this about the accident? Are they going to ask me questions, if so then I do not want any part of it?! She wondered nervously.

"I just wanted to check up on you to see how you are doing," Olivia said with a nice smirk and walked away.

That could have been worse. I'm just happy it was a checkup and nothing else. Mary thought with a sigh and shut the door.

She went to the living room and then laid down on the couch.

Olivia, she thought, her name is Olivia. She does not look like an Olivia though. Do not judge people by their names or looks, but sometimes you can. Do not let your inner bitch come out like it used to. You can not be that girl anymore. Olivia's are typically nice ass bitches. I can not help it. I might be able to stop. Think about something else, think Mary. Mary told herself in her inner thoughts.

Minnie came into the room. The little puppy licked her joyfully and tried to comfort her.

My perfect distraction. Can she read my thoughts? It feels like it, if not it is adorable either way. This is what she was thinking.
