Where I die, even though I died last chapter.

A/N
Okay, I haven't worked on this book in a little while, because I was (and still am) really busy with the Frost series. Which, for those of you that didn't know, takes place in the same universe as the Generation Omega series, but at a much earlier timeline, long before even Simon Rogers was born. Anyway; seeing as how I've got most of this written out already, I'll try to type a chapter out every now and then if I have writer's block or something. If you need to reread the book, I don't blame you, I think I might do the same myself 😂.
If you just need a quick recap of the characters, there's a list of the kids at the ADAPT base at the end of Chapter 5.
That's all folks, enjoy!

Diana had to guard the jet.
She was not pleased, even when Penny said she'd leave her phone behind so Diana could play music. (Not that Penny's phone was even waterproof, but that was beside the point).
However, Diana wasn't given much of a choice.
They found a small plateau of land sticking out of the water to land on. You know how Earth is 70% water? Well, Eniram was 99.12% water. Almost completely H2O.
The water was clear — crystal clear. So clear that everybody could see the semi-sphere air-bubble that Loki pointed out to them.
"That looks deep..." Penny muttered, and Nutmeg squeezed Sarah's hand.
"Not deeper than Stark's swimming pool is long."
At that moment, Penny should've realized that she had a problem. But she ignored the feeling gnawing at her, and waited for instructions.
"We dive in," Loki began, "and in that air bubble we can breathe. That's step one of Plan CHASM."
"Remind me what it stands for?" Daniel muttered.
"Croolest Hoplest Actgardian's Suicret Mission," Sarah and Micheal replied through each other.
Rocky shook his head with a smile.
"Ready?" Loki enquired as the Quinjet was set down on the plateau, the only land to be seen for miles.
They all nodded except Penny, but nobody noticed.
Then they climbed out.
"See you down there!" Loki grinned, standing on the edge of the plateau and letting himself fall in gracefully backwards.
They dashed to the edge of the plateau, and after only a moment's hesitation they dived in.
"What about your Asgardian leather?!?" Loraine enquired of Loki, but the sentence only came out as bubbles.
Penny was struggling. She swam alongside Chelsea, who took a breath of air from the forcefield whenever she needed it.
They were over halfway, and Penny felt like her lungs were about to burst.
Loraine frowned at her with a look of concern, and Michael swam over to Penny, teleporting the both of them for the last bit.
Moment's later, the others fell-slash-jumped into the air bubble, while Penny gasped for breath.
"What happened?" Rocky enquired, worry evident in his voice.
"I couldn't make it," Penny panted.
