"Now calm down guys we cover half of the cost so you have to figure out how to get the $500,000." She looks around the class

"Now you can fundraise and other productive APPROPRIATE Activities like donations from your parents or any spare change, every penny counts. Any more information will be on the packet that will be handed to you in your last hour That's all I wanted to say have a good day." She nods at the class before walking out

I smack my lips slouching in the chair
"mane how we gon get that typa money yo? Half these hoes broke"

Rome shrugs then gasp her head popping up. "Ight look dont tell anyone this okay? But i be sellin on da side and my boss is pretty nice. She only shows half her face but most call her Dom."

I cross my arms over my chest thinking about it. "I mean ion know how we gon pay that back? Ion wanna be in debt for these stupid ass seniors, i aint got time."

I chuckle grabbing the sprite and takis out my bag. Taking a sip of my sprite

"So, hows that crush on your teacher going." The pop gets stuck in my throat but also somehow spills out of my mouth and i start coughing badly causing the class to stop

Rome jumps up patting my back hard as fuck like she tryna beat me. "O-okay s-stop girl damn." I slowly calm down as she resorts to small ass pats on the back. Like please lemme know what that is going to do.

"Are you okay Desire? Do you need to get some water?." I start to nod but then shake my head quickly remembering the last time i went there.

"Im okay miss, thank you." She seems shocked by my sudden act of kindess

I roll my eyes ignoring her eating my bag of takis out of nowhere the bag was snatched outta my hand and i freeze for a second not believing what just happened. i turn slowly to see her just enjoying them without a care.

i smack my lips pouting sitting back in my chair. "awe is the baby mad i took her chips."

i snatched them back but she had a tight grip on them causing the bag to split and all the chips to spill. i stare at them as tears spring to my eyes and she gasp.

"Des i'll get chu another bag at lunch which is in 20 minutes." I stand up grabbing my bag and drink going to sit somewhere else there's this seat next to this guy with dreads and i sit next to him and he looks up and i almost choke on my saliva,
