ARIANA WALKED OUT OF CLASS and headed down the hallways of her dim and dull school. Once she was about to reach her locker, she felt an object vibrate in her pocket―her phone.
She took her phone out of her pocket then on her screen, it was a notification―a message notification: from Daniel.
DANIEL:
hey ari, I know you're in your class but
all I wanted to tell you was that you made me
so much happier when you talked to me :)
hope we can be besties

Meanwhile, for the boy that lived on the other side of the globe, it was 5 in the morning. He didn't know what to do, and his bandmate's were still asleep.
He walked into the living room and jumped on the sofa, turned the tv on and scrolled through the channels contemplating on what to watch.
Moments later, the boy had finally decided on a channel. Then his phone vibrated from his pocket.
He took a glance at his watch. 5:47 AM, it displayed. Rubbing his eyes, Daniel grabbed his phone from his pocket and there, shown on the screen was Ariana's reply. He smiled instantly, then unlocked his phone.
ARIANA:
Thankyou, Dani
Your text just made my afternoon way better,
And of course ! love you :))
Daniel's smile beamed as he read the reply, exiting the message app and clicking on the Snapchat app.
