CHAPTER 21

It was a school day for Zach. He got up and let out a heavy sigh. He stretched his arms entered the bathroom. He washed his face then brushed his teeth.

He then combed his hair not styling it, then later walked out the bathroom. He packed his books and changed his clothes, he wore his checkered vans with a black shirt and blue denim jeans. 

The boy entered the kitchen grabbing a fresh green apple, he grabbed his keys then walked out the house. 

Zach soon arrived at school. He entered quietly to gain no attention. 

The bell had rung. 

The crowed hall was packed full of kids rushing to get their belongings. He waited at his locker for the other students to finish grabbing their equipment for their first two periods. The crowd minimized in minutes. 

Everyone was in their usual classes, Zach leaned on his locker sighing, he couldn't get his mind off Lola. He later opened his locker to get his belongings to go to class, then slammed his locker.

"Oh my goodness you scared me" a familiar voice caught Zach's attention.

Zach turned around to face the girl. He looked at her for a moment the asked "wait weren't you the girl I saw yesterday?"

Lola laughed "yeah, you didn't tell me you come here."

"Well that's cause you never asked" Zach said while chuckling 

Lola laughed it off. "Well I better get going, bye bye".

As she was about to walk away Zach asked if he could get her number. She agreed and exchanged numbers. 

Then the two parted their ways continuing the rest of the day

Ariana woke up then looked at the time. It was 8:43 AM. She got up and got dressed. 

Nothing fancy, she put on a black shirt with blue denim jeans and paired it with her checkered vans. She walked to the bathroom to do her morning routine.

She walked out of the bathroom and walked towards Zach's room. She knocked on the door three times, but he didn't not open it. She ran downstairs then asked Jonah, who was sitting in the lounge room enjoying his 2nd coffee of the day. 

"Where's Zach? I need to talk to him"

Jonah rose his left eyebrow "school, it's Monday, He always go to school on Mondays"

"Oh I forgot, I might as well text him"
