"There's absolutely nothing going on between us."

"Sure there isn't."

"Why won't you believe me?"

"Because you guys walked the whole time during lunch yesterday? Maybe talking to each other? Maybe even more - "

"Yah! No!"

"Are you sure?"

"Oppa!"

I hit him and he backed up laughing. I started to run after him around the house and he just avoided me, laughing loudly. When I finally caught up with him, I jumped on his back and locked my arms and legs securely around him.

"Okay, okay! I take it back! I'm sorry, I'm sorry." He apologized but he was still laughing.

"But I do have something to tell you."

"Oh? What is it?"

"I - "

The ringing from across the room had cut him off, it was my phone ringing.

"Hold that thought, big brother."

I jumped down from him as I skipped my way over to my phone to see an unknown number calling. I narrowed my eyes at the screen and warily tapped the answer button.

"Uhm," I said softly, "hello?"

"Hi," the person on the other line replied just as soft, "is this Lee Soomi?"

I tilted my head as the voice sounded familiar but I couldn't quite put my finger on who.

"Yeah, this is. Who is this?"

"I'm offended, you really can't recognize my voice?"

"I- " I thought about it, until it clicked,  "Younghoon?"

He chuckled. "Hey, Soomi."

"Hi." I laughed lightly. "How'd you get my number?"

"Your brother gave it to me."

"Oh."

I looked at Sangyeon who was looking at me sheepishly. And he seemed to mouth the words, "That's what I wanted to tell you."

I nodded my head at him while playfully rolling my eyes.

"Anyway, I called to ask if you were free after school tomorrow?" Younghoon asked.

"Oh, yeah, I think I am. What's up?"

"Can we hang out?"

"Sure thing." I smiled.

"Nice, alright. I'll see you tomorrow?"

"I'll see you."

"Bye."

"Bye, Younghoon."

I ended the call and gave my brother a look.

"What?" He asked innocently.

And another chase happened around our living room before dinner.

"Thank you class, please don't forget to do your homework!"

The teacher left and everyone made their way to their friends. Chanhee was the first to approach me.

"Let's hang out today, Soomi!"

"Hey! I want too." Hyungseo joined in.
