Chapter 28 star gazing

(Lola's POV)

I sneak out of the house and find Ricky outside in my drive way with his car running. "What's going on?" I yawn. "Come with me," he reaches for my hand and our fingers intertwine as we walk to his car. When we get in the car he begins to drive down this road deep in the woods. "Seriously Ricky, where are we going," "it's a surprise," he smirks.

After the long wait the car stops. "Come on!" He jumps out of the car and I follow after him. "This is it," I look around and find a beautiful lake with the moon light reflecting off it and big trees and a nice big field to just lay down and watch the stars. "Ricky," I was speechless. He grabs my hand once more and pulls me closer to him. I lay my head down on his shoulder until we finally collapse onto the damp grass. "Lola I've loved you for so long now and I was too afraid to admit it to you and I'm afraid you wouldn't feel the same and-" before he could say another word I kiss him on the cheek and whisper, "I would love to be your girlfriend," our eyes meet then our foreheads touch. Our eyes are closed shut and everything seems so peaceful and well, sweet. He faces the night sky again and so do i. "That's the Big Dipper," I point out. "Haha yeah," he smiles. We talk about a bunch of random stuff, mostly about out lives before we started YouTube though. He found my stories about middle school the best, I'm not sure why though.. "You know what we should do?" I say looking at Ricky, "what?" "We should all dye our hair!" I sit up and tell him how I want to dye my hair blue and he seems up for it, yes! "We should really be heading back.." Ricky says checking the time. "Can we please stay a little longer," I plead. Ricky rolls his eyes and lays back down by me. I smile and lay my hand on his stomach while my head is on his heart.

Next morning

(Ricky's POV)

Last night or well really early in the morning was fun but today will be even better because everyone wants to dye there hair! "I'm gonna do mine blue!" Trevor says to me. "Cool you and Lola will be matching!" I laugh. "Speaking about Lola, how are you and that girl doing?" Connor asks. "I asked her out and she said yes-" Kian (who is in the kitchen) spits out his water all over the floor. "WHAT?!" He screams, "that's amazing good job man!" Sam says fist pumping me. "Guys we gotta go, we are meeting the girls at the hair place thing," Connor says checking his phone.

Time skip

We arrive at the 'hair place thing' as Connor calls it and we see the girls already getting ready. "Hey guys!" Sophia waves. Connor goes up to get and kisses her on the cheek.

(Ellie's POV)

Today is finally the day I'm gonna dye my hair. I've been wanting to dye it a light purple for long time now and today is the day. "What are you dying yours?" I ask Sophia and Lola. Lola hands me the color she's dying hers.. It's a vibrant blue color which I think is pretty. "I'm dying mine red!" Sophia seems happy about doing this. "Who's first?" The lady asks looking at us. "Me!" Sophia chirps getting up and moving to the seat.

When Sophia is getting her hair done so is trevor and Sam. I'm pretty sure Sam is doing a pink color and trevor is doing blue.

It wasn't long until they finished and now it was Lola's, Ricky's, and Kian's turn. Ricky is getting a simple highlight of blonde in his hair while of course, Lola's doing blue and kian is first getting some pink in his hair, then blue.

Kian was still getting his done when me and JC where going up but that's ok. I'm so exited to try something new it's gonna be great! JC told Me how he was getting blue and a light shade of orange in his hair. I was looking forward to seeing all of us with crazy hair!

Time skip

Everyone's hair is finished and we all look so amazing I'm really happy about this light purple. "Your hair is so... Purple..." JC says feeling my hair. "Thanks?" I say in a confused way. "We should all make a video together!" Trevor suggests. "Great idea!" Sophia smiles.
