STILL BIANCAS POV

I walked forward at the same time as Piper, Jason, Hazel, Frank, Annabeth, and Leo. Percy smiled evilly, and held open his arms. "Welcome to your new family." He said, smiling proudly at all of us.

I looked down, unable to see because of so many tears in my eyes. My nose was defiantly red, and I felt a tear roll down my cheek.

I felt like a traitor, a dirty rotten no-good traitor. But the fact that my brother, my own little brother was on that hill kept me going.

I stopped on top of the hill, next to Nico. He had grown, I thought absently.

Percy looked at all of us and said "I'm so sorry, but I need to make sure that you will be loyal to me and do whatever I say. I swear that I won't tell you to kill anyone, only injure, so you don't have to worry about that. Now repeat after me; I swear on the river of styx that I will be loyal to Percy Jackson and do everything he tells me to do."

We all repeated it, I with numb lips, barely getting the words out.

Thunder rumbled overhead, and we knew the oath was binding.

He nodded in approval. "And I, in turn, will swear on the river of styx that I will not tell you to kill anyone." Again, thunder rumbled overhead, and I let out a breath of relief.

He smiled at us, and said "Follow me."

He turned on his heel, and marched forward, and we all hurried to catch up with him.

Annabeth, for her part, kept quiet, until we couldn't be seen or heard by camp half-blood, but when we were out of hearing reach, she, Nico, and Thalia burst into hysterical laughter, and Percy himself started laughing a little.

I looked at Annabeth in shock. She was supposed to be angry and sad, not happy and laughing.

"Well," she began, out of breath, "I didn't know you were such a good actor, seaweed brain!" She said, and burst into another fit of laughter.

Percy just grinned and replied "Well, I am full of surprises."

I looked at them, confused.

"Oh! Right! You guys don't know the plan!" The he told us the rest of his ‘plan'.

I looked at him, my eyes wide. "Really? No way!" I exclaimed loudly. Piper, Jason, Hazel, Frank, and Leo looked just as shocked, but shushed me nonetheless.

"Sorry," I whispered.

"So that's why you said no killing, only injuring. Oooohhhhhhhh. I get it now," Piper whispered.

"Yeah. Now lets go to our headquarters, shall we?" Percy interrupted.

We all nodded and followed him to the place where we would live for eleven months.
