4. The phonecall!

".... I'd follow you to the great unknown,
Off to a world we call our own.
Hand in my Hand,
and we never promised to let go..."- the ringtone of my phone stops my thoughts.

I check it out and on my screen's written "My Love" followed by a heart and the entire screen is covered by her face.
Is one of those wallpapers I simply love.
Her eyes wide open giving her the look of a cute puppy and her lips forming a kiss.

It's our anniversary today.
I guess she's calling to congratulate.

Eventually, it got me thinking! ONE year together!
What a great year this has been for both of us.
She completes me in every way and seems she's happy with me too.

Actually, that phrase from her "I simply can't stop laughing when I'm with you and someday I'll have a heart attack cause of it" is being said often and often lately.

We've taken so many pictures together this year.
Of course, cause of her I'm looking better on pictures.
It's easier with her. Enough she shows up on the picture and the moment she smiles the picture goes to a whole new level.
It's like she naturally adds the best filter on it.
I'm glad I don't look anymore like a wet chicken!

How many songs we've sang this year?!
Thousands!
I even call her "Awesome music Hunter" cause she always finds the best songs.
And when I'm with her I enjoy the music in maximum cause I'm happy. And when I'm without her I understand the lyrics cause I miss her.

Also our careers looks like are in a good direction too.
She just got promoted from a simple banker to a floor manager and I'm just proud of her.
And me, well I think I'm doing good too.There is a chance that in a short time I'll become the leader of the Chemistry department which means I'll have access to everything in there.
It comes with great responsibility but can't wait for it for sure.

Anyway, they say time passes faster especially when you have a good one.
It's like Einstein's quote got proved again: "Put your hand inside a hot stove and a minute will feel like an hour but sit near a beautiful lady an hour and it will feel like a minute."

I didn't only sit near my beautiful lady.
I talked, I laughed, I kissed, I shared everything with her and time just flew by giving me the best year possible.

I guess it's crucial in a person's life to find the loved one.
It awakes your inside from that sleepy and monotonous world and brings it into a new dimension.
A dimension that not only gives you thousands of reasons to live your life with positivity but also makes you that even the weirdest, bad feeling treat it nice and eleminate it's negativity.
Just like a chemist extracts a portion from another one and saves what is needed. What is good.

I'm sure I love her more and more each passing day.
I could compare it not only with the wine, older it gets better it tastes but also with honey cause looks like our relationship doesn't have an expiration date.

"Come on! Answer already. It's the third time the pretty lady calls"-Devil shouts and awakes me from daydreaming.

Hah, pretty lady! Even my devil loves her.

"You better answer. You'll make her worried. You never miss her calls"- Angel recommends me with a softer voice.

Yeah, sure but thinking about her makes me totally lose the senses of this world.
She's my drug an addict would say.

I take  my phone.
3 missed calls
My baby❤

"Well that's serious stuff"- I humble with myself.

When I'm about to call her back the forth call of hers is already here.

I immediately pick up- "Hello baby"

"Hello" - a thinner voice than usual comes from the other side.

"Baby? Were you playing again with that Helium balloon I gave you?"- I joke with her

"Hello Sir! Am I speaking with Mr.L?"- she asks with a firm, cool but very funny voice.

"This isn't as funny as you think actually but yeah, that's me"- I answer keeping her game on.

"Sir, We're Calling from the Central Hospital.
We found this number on the emergency numbers of our patient...." - the lady from the other Side continued

"Whaaat? Who's this? What patient are you talking about?"-I immediately interrupt her.

While waiting on line to have her response back, my body unconsciously starts shivering and panic is growing high just like when  you see a wolf staring straight into your eyes.

" The patient with initials M.ZH was urgently brought by ambulance to our hospital minutes ago Sir.
Looks like a car accident had happened and...."

I couldn't listen anymore!
I felt like for a moment the whole world fell onto me.
My hands couldn't hold the phone a second more. After what I heard even a feather would be too heavy to carry.
My lungs wouldn't respond to my brain and the air kept getting heavier and heavier.

I want to cry but I don't know how to!
All this because that news came like an atomic bomb into a peaceful garden. All the flowers and butterflies in that garden had no time to react back. They confusely gave up and waited that this could be a dream.
I want to scream but not sure if I can bring out even a single sound.
I want to move but it's way too difficult. Same as a paralyzed one wants to run.

I could finally hear something from my phone again-" Sir..Sir...Mr.L. Please answer."

"You're her only hope Sir.
It's the only number on her emergency calling list. Hello?!" - her last attempts to reach to me.
