Planes: Interception

The problem

The CO was glaring at all four of them with a very sharp look. 
"Talking to aliens I see, Ben and Jeremy?" 
Dusty and Ember were both puzzled, "Aliens? We're not aliens we are just two normal planes who were just going about the-" Dusty was cut off by the CO, "Normal my ass, tell me how sentiment metal is normal?"
Ember cut in "Excuse me, us being sentinent in your world may not be normal, but in ours it is, I and Dusty can assure we mean you no harm, all we want is just to be able to get back home is that a problem with you?"
"Absolutely, not a problem, and that is what I was here to discuss, Ben and Jeremy may I have a word with you two outside?"

"What is it, Sir?" Ben asked. 
"Long story short, when we sent you up for the interception we sent you because they didn't just fly into the airspace, they literally just appeared on radar out of nowhere, of course just before they appeared a satellite picked up an extreme heat signature at the very exact location of where those two 'aircraft' appeared, now we believe that heat signature is what caused them to end up here, either some kind of teleporter or device that got them here, now do you want the good news or bad news first?"

Jeremy responded, "Today has already been bad enough, would be nice to hear some good news."

The CO remarked, "Well, the good news is that we found the heat signature again and this time it has remained there and is still there now but, the bad news is the fact of where it is." 
"And where would that be?" Asked Ben
"Well." His voice suddenly changed in fear, "It's bang in the centre of North Korea, 4000 feet over the capital."
"THE CAPITAL OF NORTH KOREA?" Screamed Jeremy, "WE CAN'T GO THERE WE WILL BE SHOT AT BY THEM BEFORE WE EVEN CROSS THEIR BORDER, UNLESS YOU WANT WW3 WE CAN'T GO THE-", "Ahem, Sorry shouldn't be shouting like that, but still it's too much of a risk.
"Exactly." 
"So, what do you want us to do?" Ben asked.
"For now, I just want you two to 'take care' of the two planes before we can figure out a plan we could just go in with a large fighter escort with help from other countries but that means others will learn about the two planes, or we send in just you two but that probably won't succeed if either of those can't work then we would have to have a 'peace-talk' with NK but once again North Korea would learn about them and if they declared war on us to try and siege them god knows that Kim would do with them."
"I see where you are coming from," Ben and Jeremy said simultaneously, which they both looked at each other right after.
"Very well, I'll leave you two be,"
The CO walked back to the command centre.

Dusty and Ember were still inside the hanger having a friendly discussion, "So, Em, anything happened before we ended up in this mess?"
"Nothing too bad, except that Ripslinger guy trying to advance me..again.
"What, You didn't tell me."
"You weren't there, I had to lock the hanger because of him, he was out there for over an hour, literally."
"Well uh, I'm sorry I couldn't be there, I swear to the mechanics if I see him again I will have Dottie dismantle him piece by piece!" 
Ember couldn't help but laugh at the way Dusty said that.
"What's so funny?" Dusty questioned.
"You," She said but, when she realised what she just said out loud she backed away in embarrassment. 
Dusty started to blush at Ember's comment, he knew he wouldn't forget that no matter what happened.

"Okay, I'm back!" Ben shouted. 
Ember was relieved from the fact he was back and that meant she didn't have to explain why she said what she said.
"Where's Jeremy?" Ember asked Ben.
"Oh, he's just gone down to the mess hall to get some water and some breakfast, he will be back in a bit."
"May I ask something?" Dusty told Ben, "Sure what is it?"
"Well, Are me and Ember alright to go flying for a bit?"
"Um, Not really unless you have me and Jeremy escorting you, and you are at a suitable altitude above the clouds, where you can't be seen by anyone else."
"That's fine," Ember stated.
Ben sighed, "Well give us half an hour to do our flight checks then we will take you up, Deal?"
"Deal."

So, kind of a chilled chapter but why did Dusty and Ember wanted to go flying in the first place, and will anything happen during the flight?
