Sheriff Thompson x Reader

Y/N POV 

Me and the sheriff had been best friends ever since he saved me and the prince from the bandits. I haven't told anyone this yet, but I actually fell for the guy when he saved us.

I was talking to my good friend Edward about my feelings towards him. "I think he likes you back!" Edward beamed. 

"Yeah right, you guys just saved us because it had to be done, he didn't do it because he loved me, besides, we just met that day!" I groaned. 

"Well you don't know that Y/N, he could harbor the same feelings for you!" Edward said trying not to lose hope. 

"Thanks for the talk Eddie, but I think I want to be left alone..." I muttered. I was walking sadly and then I bumped into someone. 

"Hey watch where you're going pal!" I huffed. But then turned  around to be nose to nose with the sheriff.

I blushed furiously and backed away. "S-Sheriff! Fancy seeing you here..." I stammered. "Oh hey Y/N." He said bluntly.

Despite him being the sheriff, he shows no emotions to anyone, until now (*wink wink*)

"S-Sorry! I was just frustrated and I didn't see where I was looking and-" But I got interrupted by Tom's finger on my lips shushing me.

"It's fine, I didn't really notice anyway." He said while blushing. 

"Sheriff?" I asked.

"Yeah?" He questioned.

"I think I love you." I told him while blushing madly.

"I think I love you too." He said. 

Then I leaned in close, and kissed his lips. He of course kissed back. After that me and the sheriff we're gonna have a happy life together.
