When Death reappeared she was in a dark thick forest, it smelt like pine and morning dew. The sunlight shined through the gaps of the tree and the animals stop and stared in wonder for a Goddess was in there home. Death just smiled at them she was always fascinated by the animals as how they could tell what she was. The animals took it as a sign that this are okay and the began to move on. 'Time to start to build a home make it look like I am human' Death thought to herself. She was no Goddess of creation but she can build a decent cottage. It was small with a wooden door that had animals carved into it and the walls where of stone. There where windows on each side so she could see out and a chimney on top of the stone stretchered roof. The inside had a fire place and a bed to make her seem human, there was a wooden rocking chair and a wooded arm chair. She had baskets everywhere so she can collect herbs as an hobby of hers and books and quills and ink for writing. She also change her appearance to look more human, just a little color to her skin. Her dress was of a modern woman's fashion. Death smiled at her new look and new home.
One day she was out collecting herbs when she came across a traveler who has collapse in the forest. She took pity on the and took him back to her cabin, she could tell when a humans life must end. This means a human can live for so many years but does not mean they get to live that long. She sighed when she could she the man had many years to go, so see gather different types of herbs and made a medicine. After giving the man the medicine Death heard her sisters voice "I saw that" she giggled. Death knew her sister was talking to her through her powers and that she was not in the room. "I thought you giving me the silent treatment for a while there" Death joked feeling the comfort of her sisters presents. "I was having fun watching you build your home and create your new look, love the dress by the way" Life cooed. With a smile Death sat back in her chair "I miss you sister." "I miss you too" Life replied. The man started to grunt and move which startled Death. 'Oops forgot he was here' Death thought to herself. "Me too" giggled Life. The man looked up at Death and his eyes went wide "How am I still alive?" he asked. "I found you brought you back here and given you some medicine" Death replied. The man gave a flirtatious smile after seeing who he was talking to. "Well I am grateful for your medicine and your help. I am Prince Lachlan what is your name?" he said with a princely voice. "Anna" Death replied with a roll of the eyes. 'What have I got myself into' she thought.
The next day Prince Lachlan was well enough to return to his kingdom "Well fair maiden I will be happy to let come live with me at the castle" the Prince said with is charming grin. "Thank you but no thank you I am happier here" Anna said with the slight annoyance. The Prince walk back to his near by kingdom that just outside the forest. "My lord where have you been" called one of his knights as they ran to him. "I was on a date when my drink was poisoned and I was left for dead in the forest" the Prince said with a series tone. "How did you survive my Prince" said the royal general who was listening to the conversation. "A witch saved me she lives in the forest and found me" replied the Prince. "A witch" a strong deep voice entered the conversation. "Father" the Prince said with a surprise. "Are you sure she was not the one who poisoned you to get your attention" the King said angry. "I don't think so father she didn't even know who I was, and she refused to come with me to the castle" the Prince replied with determination. "I want to meet this witch lead me to her" the King ordered.
Half a day after the Prince left Anna was picking some flowers "Anna huh?" Life giggled in Anna's head. "It was the first name that came to my head" Anna pouted. "It suits you" Life smiled. Anna can feel her sister smiling and she smiled back. Then there where a sound of trumpets, Anna turned her head to see the Prince has returned with the King by his side. Anna gave a small curtsies and says "Your majesty." Pounded by the her reaction when he walked up he asked "How is it that you did not know who my son was but you know who I am?" Shocked by what he said she pointed to his crown on his head. "Oh yes of course" the King replied a little embarrassed. "I have heard what you did for my son and wanted to thank you for myself" the King said recovering form is embarrassment. "Thank you your majesty but I can't help but help those who need it" Anna replied a little shy. "That's true" Life agreed in her head, Anna could here the proud tone in her sisters voice that she smiled. The King saw Anna's beauty and blushed by her smile "What gift would you like for saving my son?" Anna looked at the King with shocked "I want nothing in return" Anna though for a moment "However if anyone does need help I will be happy to assist them. I live on the edge of the forest near the kingdom and anyone is welcome to come here" Anna said with the sweetest smile. The King nodded at that and then took his leave. "So this was your plan" giggled Life standing next to her sister once the King and Prince with there small army. "I got nothing better to do" joked Anna "maybe I can help. "That is a lovely idea but do you know what they have called you. Anna sighed "a witch."
