Chapter 5- Secrets are no fun, Secrets hurt someone

Ariana's Pov

It's been two days since the semi-finals and Max still hasn't talked about what happened with his dad getting a better score than him. I tired to talk to him but he either changes the subject or just ignores me completely as if he didn't see me. I walk in the classroom groaning as I saw on the bored that it was Midterms already and in between those two days, Mocha and I've been studying like our lives depended on it. Well in this case our grades depend on our lives. I sat down next to my brother who smirked at me when Max entered the classroom all angrily. I pretend not to notice even though it killed me to see him like this and I couldn't do anything about it. then it started that sentence, She'll never be important enough...." . I felt a lump in my throat but I cleared my throat ignoring it. " Boyfriend troubles sister?"

Bradley teased at me in a mean way. I glared at him, shaking my head. Unbelievable class barely has even started and already Bradley has picked a fight with me. The teacher walks in with a stacks of paper and sets them on the stand. "Good morning students. It would appear that it's time to start. You may open-"

The teacher said but was interrupted by the door opening. Goofy entered the room all sad as he made his way down the stairs to his seat. "Oh Mr. Goof. Nice of you join us today..."

"Huh? Oh yeah... Right..." Goofy replied sadden. After teacher sighed he then gave us permission to begin our test. This was the start of my life ending or beginning . After hour and hours of begin glued to one important test, I was finally done and tired of that. Next time to worry if I got a good grade or not. Thank you college! "Hey Ari! wait up!"

Mocha called out towards as she was running towards me and out of breath. "You walk fast or I need to get in shape." I laughed at her helping her stand up.

"Anyways, I was wondering if you wanted to see a movie at your place since Bradley was going out this weekend with his friends out somewhere..." Oh I totally forgot about that! Since Bradley was going out with his friends to this little beach house that one of his friends has, I had the whole place to myself. And for the first time in forever I don't get a bodyguard watching me every second of every minute of every hour. "Of course! Plus I need something to do for two days before I get hassled again by big brother once more."

"Haha then I'll see you later then. " We headed our separate ways. When I got to the house, it was quite and empty like it hadn't been touched in years. I drop my bag on the floor along with my shoes, looking around. "Brad! Are you home? Bradly!"

I called out but nothing came back. I guess he left early for the trip. I went to the dinning/pool hall but empty once more. I headed up stairs to his room but nothing was there. Okay this seems a little too creepy and scary. Finally I went to my room to see everything in place and a small note on my bed. I made a face confused but grabbed it anyway and read it. The note read:

Dear Ariana,

By the time you are reading this, I am gone going on that trip with friends. This means you are alone for the next few days which means don't do anything stupid or anything to mess up the house. I just had the Gammas clean it from head to toe just so we can actually  have a clean house instead of a messy house. But anyways I'll see you soon in two days. I love you Ariana...

From Bradley

Since when did Bradley ever say 'I love you' because the last time I ever heard that was when actually never, at least I don't think. I took a breath then threw away the note, before changing into more comfortable clothes.

Suddenly the door bell rang, I ran downstairs opening the door to see Mocha there with her stuff and her signature smirk. "Hey girl!"

"Hey girl! You ready for a weekend fun?" Mocha said giggling as she wiggled her hips in a sexy/fun way. "Duh of course!!!"
