The sun was starting to set and for the billionth time her thoughts went back to what happened at the beach. I'm going back there! Grabbing her bag she heads back to the beach. The sun looks like its being swallowed by the ocean. Scarlet feels the strange pull again, but the song was different. Scarlet stood rooted for a moment deciphering the direction of the music. Scarlet then located it where the beach shore was and followed it. With every step the pull became stronger and the song got louder all the while.
When Scarlet reaches the beach she can't believe her eyes.
It was the same mermaid from when she almost drowned, her senses were telling her to run but the voice was bringing her closer and closer.
When Scarlet got to the shore she couldn't believe it. The mermaid was beautiful, she had silver scales that shined and sparkled in the light. Scarlet kept walking closer despite her senses, when she got to the rock where the creature was sitting the song stopped.
