Day One.

A strange noise, or more like annoying noise continued in my head. It sounded of beeps. Every second or two..beep,beep,beep. I fluttered my eyes, not really sure what was going on. A bright light shown straight into my face causing me to groan and forcefully shut my eyes closed. What was going on?

"She is awake", a soft voice said, "Her breathing has changed".

As I breathed in I felt my lower body burn. I moaned out loud in pain only making it worse, finally opening my eyes. The bright light still there in my face caused me to squint my eyes and try to pull my hand in front of them. No luck. I wiggled my arm but it wasn't moving. I glanced over and saw it was tied to the bed, and so was my other one.

As instant instinct I began to scream. The beeping getting faster, I looked around at my surroundings. A tall guy beside me in a doctors outfit, and a couple of other men standing near by the bed. Oh God, they captured me! I pulled on my arms trying to get lose.

"Please! You said you were going to kill me, just do it!", I screamed out in panic.

The guy in the doctors outfit got close to me, "Shh, no ones going to hurt you here, we're tryi-

I kicked my legs causing the thin sheet to fly off of me, "Liar!", I spat. The beeping still going fast, bothering me.

"Do we look like we want to hurt you?", the doctor stood back with open arms.

I relaxed for a second, mainly due to the pain I just caused in my lower body. I looked around the room. It looked like a small hospital room, or doctors office. It was painted a baby blue with pictures of animals on the wall. The floor had a pattern of paw prints walking in different directions. There was a couple TV's in front of the other beds, but no windows?

"Where are the windows?", I continued to look around.

One of the larger men stepped forward frowning, "We're underground".

Underground? And they want me to believe that they aren't the ones who mur-..my family. It was like all the pain and denial hit me at once. My heart felt heavy and a tear slid down my face. The beeping slowing down.

All my family was gone. They all died trying to save me. Kevin..mom and dad. I will never see them again. Silently I laid there with tears streaming down my face. I don't want to live without them.

"Hey..", the doctors hand gently touched my shoulder, "We know what happened, with your family and we're here to help", he gave a forced smile.

I scoffed, "Help? My brothers dead, and so is my mom and dad. You think  you can help me?", I spat out in anger. "I saw my mother get shot!" I said through a shaky voice replaying the scene in my head.

The doctor sighed as if he knew this was going to happen, "I mean we're here to help you. We can't change the past, but you need medical attention and a place to stay".

I looked up at the ceiling, "I would rather be dead".

The large man stepped forward again and I finally took in his details. Very tall, probably a foot taller than myself. Black shaggy hair and redish eyes. He seemed like he was toned. He stood there with crossed arms looking down at me. The others just watched him, almost like he was a leader of some sort.

I felt small and weak with him near. Well I was weak right now. He watched me for what felt like two full minutes. Every breath I took burned and I whimpered under his stare. Now I was in pain and uncomfortable.
