13. Cold Hope

"So ano ang ating plano?" Desiree asked Thessa, who just happens to explain ang buong plano sa pag-patay ng culprit.

"Didn't I just explain it?"

"Oo, pero hindi ko maintindihan.. Its just so complicated."

Just at that moment someone knocked on their door.

"Who you?!" Kyle shouted.

"Reah Sheen po' at your loyal service." She joked.

"You may pass, mon ami!" Desiree shouted back, and Jhianne opened the door. She came in blasting toward the doors.

"Where were you, Reah? They were just looking for you after our morning session."

"Bakit ba nandito kayo? Diba tapos na yun ating planning kanina?"

"Answer me first, we even went outside in the garden looking for you."

"Okay— Sabi ni Tessa na hindi nya gusto ang plano kanina, so she planned a new one now. And you're just in time to give us your opinion, and put your ideas on board." Sabi ni Desiree sa kanya.

"Okay, but first I have something to tell—Actually, I've found something really important."

Tapos sinabi ni Reah ang kanyang discovery below the sea, all of them were curious and exited that there was a way of getting them free.

"So what you mean is that we'll finally be free, kung ating i-papatay ang murderer?" Jude asked.

"Yeah," Aniya.

"The murderer isn't what we expected." Reah added.

"Killing the murderer would take more than just a trap." Thessa said, "If the soul of the murderer is an evil spirit, we need to free the evil soul, bring in justice to the dead souls." She added

"Right." Reah said. "And I got the thing to help us with that."

"What?" MJ asked.

"Yung' holy water na kinuha namin ni Nicole sa chapel."

"Nanakaw kayo sa chapel?!" Kyle asked, with surprise.

"Wala yan! Paulin just asked us, I don't know why, but I think she knows. She's on to something," Reah said.

All nodded in the agreement of the new plan that was made.

"Thessa are you sure you won't change your mind? Dahil ayaw namin na paulit-ulit yang planning natin." Desiree said.

"Yea, sure na sure ako." And just nodded.

JR was sure no one was watching, so he went outside for a peaceful walk around the shore. It was a beautiful sight, too bad bawal ang paglabas ng Retreat House, it was a sight that his classmates would have loved to see, especially Reah, since she loved walking by the shore, looking at the gentle waves as they went by.

He went further more by the shore, may na feel syang may tumingin sa kanya, it was a peculiar feeling he never felt.

He turned back, at nakita nya si Reah Sheen, na nagtago sa ilalim ng mga puno.

"You almost made me die out of a heart attack." Aniya.

"Sorry for spying, but naisip kong may plano ka, and thought that maybe you were in certain danger. Ever since the deaths of our classmates, I couldn't stop thinking about your safety." She said, it was true, na corcern sya sa safety ni JR, she was concerned for everyone.

"Ok, Come here let's walk the shore together." Aniya.

Tumibok-tibok ang kanyang puso, she couldn't handle it.

They later spent a few hours together, sitting by the shore.

"Reah, I have something to confess." Aniya.

"Yes, what is it do you want to address about?" She asked, and felt a tense feeling in her chest. The moment felt hanging with the air, she hadn't been familiar with this feeling before, it was like a cliffhanger.

Nightfall came by, and everything was set for they're plan, Thessa went out of their room, and ran into Teacher Michelle.

"Why are we out here, Thessa. Don't you know its dangerous now?" Aniya.

"Cher, we have a plan to capture the murderer."

"No. You can't its too dangerous."

"We have to--" she needed to convince her to accept their plan, she had lied to her classmates that Teacher Michelle confirmed, but she didn't. She was lucky to catch her alone.

"No." She said full of authority over Thessa, she wouldn't risk losing another student of hers, they all had something special that Michelle was frightened of losing of.

"Please, we need to avenge the souls of our classmates." It was her final chance, their final chance of saving their lives, she knew someone had to take the risks, and she felt that it was her. She needed to take that risk to help them.

"Okay. Its too dangerous, but I'll join in your plan. I know how to catch a ghost or few. I've had experienced something like this from the past." Finally. She thought, with a sigh of relief.

"You have--"

"Yes. I have a third-eye."
