Going Home Was Hard. Telling My Mother And Friends About My Choice To Move To Los Angeles, California Was Even Harder. Marcus Seemed To Be The Only Person Happy For Me. Everyone Else Made It Seem As If My Choice Was Selfish. It Made Me Realize A Lot. Those Were The People I Didn't Need In My Life Anyways. My Mother Was Pissed At Me For Not Including Her In My Decision So Since I Was Moving It Was 'Time To Get Out Anyways'.

I Was Sitting On The Floor Of Marcus' Small Apartment With My Back Against The Wall. I've Been Staying With Him Now. I'm Glad He's Still Here Because I Honestly Don't Know What I Would Do Without Him. Marcus' Boyfriend Sam Was Here Too.

"So When Do You Leave." Sam Asked.

"After Michael's Fight In Ohio. Once All My Stuff Is Moved, I'll Fly Out To Ohio And Then Fly Back To L.A. With Him."

"We're Gonna Miss You Girl."

I Love Sam. Sometimes He's Just So Full Of Life And He's Always There For Me And Marcus' Shenanigans. I'm Happy Marcus Has Sam. Sam Seems To Be An Important Light In His Life.

"Im Gonna Miss Y'all Too But Trust, I Will Come To Visit And When I Have The Money I'm Gonna Pay For You Guys Flights."

"That's Gone Be Lit." Marcus Said. "The Three Of Us In L.A. Together. They Don't Even Know Whats Gone Hit Them."

Me And Sam Laughed. My Phone Started Ringing. I Looked Down And The Caller I.D. Read Keena Would Like To FaceTime.

"Still Not Talking To Them?" Marcus Asked.

"I'll Talk To Keena At Some Point. She Just Explained That It Was Gonna Be Different Without Me Around But Ana Completely Blew Up On Me About It All. You Would Think She'd Be Happy For Me Considering I'm Suppose To Be Her Best Friend."

"Don't Even Worry About Her." Sam Told Me. "You Don't Need That Negativity. As For Keena, You Know That Girl Loves You To The Deep Depths And Back. Don't Disregard Her Too Long. That's How You Lose People."

Sam Was Right. Keena Had Her Ways About Her But She Was One Of My Best Friends. We've Gotten Into Fights, We Gotten Cussed Out By Each Others Parents, We've Been Treated As Family By Each Others Families And We Were Damn Near Sisters, Even If She Got On My Nerves Sometimes.

I Got Up And Went Into Marcus' Room For Privacy And Called Her Back.

"Oh My God, I Thought You Were Never Going To Speak To Me Again." She Said As She Answered.

"I Thought About It. It Hurt That You Weren't Completely Supportive In The Beginning."

"I Know And I'm Sorry. But Your My Girl And Imma Always Stand Behind You. I Just Don't Want You To Leave."

I Watched At Her Failed Attempt To Hold Back Tears. Suddenly I Became Emotional Too And Started Crying.

"Stop Keena, You Know When You Start Crying I Start Crying."

We Both Chuckled As We Wiped Tears From Our Faces.

"It's Just, When Things Are Bad Over Here, You're The Person I Could Literally Run Too. With You Being In L.A. I Can't Do That Anymore."

"But I'm Still Always A Phone Call Away. And Like I Told Marcus And Sam, When I Get The Money, I'll Fly You Guys Out There."

"Wait Are You At Marcus House Now?"

"Yeah, My Mom Kicked Me Out."

Her Mouth Dropped. "Whaaat!?"

"Yeah She Felt That It Was Wrong For Me To Do All This Without Consulting Her And Asking Her If It Was Okay. I Mean Any Other Time I'm '24 Turning 25 And Needs To Be Doing For Myself'." I Mocked.
