BAM!!!

Jessi scrambled to put her binder under the bed as Sloane clomped up the stairs.

"How was school?" Sloane asked as she opened the door, then closed it.

Woah. What was up with Sloane?

"Uh, good I guess."

"Good."

"How was shopping?Any new trends?" Jessi questioned.

"Actually, today I stayed with Mason, Michelle, and Marlie. The nanny had a death in her family." Sloane surprised Jessi.

"Like what?" Jessi replied.

"Like, for example, your real first name is Jessica." Sloane warily gave Jessi the biggest news of the month.

"What?! Oh well, I like Jessi better. What else?"

"That was all Micheal was hiding. But me, I have something that no one knows. I am ready to tell someone, but not your father." Sloane whispered.

"You can tell me anything, remember? That goes both ways."

"Thank you. You have no idea how much that means to me. Okay, well first I want to get a job or, OR, stay at home with no nanny. That's the first thing. What do you think?" Sloane said.

"Personally, I think that it is a great idea. What else?" Jessi asked.

" This is huge! I am
