this is less of a poem
and more of a jumble of words
and feelings
in a rhythm
it's such a strange feeling
when the one you love,
the one who loves you too,
still feels so distant.
like, they're not really there for you
your heart still aches the same
when you fell and you thought
you'd never get to love them
but yet, you did.
and you do.
it still feels like you don't, however.
like you're still pining
for someone out of your league
who will never think of you the same
like you're plagued
with hanahaki disease
even though they're yours
and everytime they kiss you
your heart breaks
am i not me?
what does it mean?
