an/ This one is for RonarioJSR I'm sorry if this was rushed and it ended up shitty. I've been up for 27 hours now and I know I could've written this better.
After the incident where baby Jasmine called my wife Hatchi, Jade never dared to teach our daughter our names again.
I remembered teasing her about it and it didn't end well.
"Baba, why did you stop teaching Jas?" I asked innocently.
"I just thought it would be better if she learns on her own." My beautiful wife answered.
"Really?" I said wiggling my eyebrows. "Maybe you're just afraid she'll call you Hatchi again."
"You're sleeping on the couch tonight." Jade said angrily while stomping her feet.
"Baby, I'm just kidding!"

I've been sleeping on the couch for days and my wife hasn't forgiven me yet, so I decided to call Jesy and ask for advice despite knowing I'll never hear the end of this.
"What do you want?" Said the voice from the other line.
"How did you know that I need something?"
"Well, you only call me when you needed one." She replied sassily.
"Hey, you know that's only half true!" I said defending myself.
"Whatever. Go on. What do you need?"
I hesitated for a moment, thinking if it's a good idea that I called her instead of Leigh.
"Uhm, hello? You still there, Pez?" Jesy said interrupting my thoughts.
"Yeah. Well, I uh, I've been sleeping on the couch for days now after I teased Jade when Jas called her Hatchi. I've been trying to get her to forgive me but nothing's working. I miss her, Jes."
I sat on the couch, the same couch that has become my bed, as I waited for Jesy's reaction. A few seconds later, I hear her laughing.
"Oh my God, Pez! I still can't believe our innocent little Jadey is capable of doing that."
"Are you going to help or you're just gonna laugh at me?" I said.
"Well, why don't you try to teach Jasmine your names? You never know, you may win back you wife's good graces." I could sense her smirking while saying that. "Besides, it would be fun. You'll be able to hangout with my favourite goddaughter."
"Jes, she's your only Goddaughter." I answered her smugly. "Alright, I'll give it a shot."
"Tell me how it goes. Good luck."

The next day, Jade was out all day to visit a friend in Somerset. I went inside Jasmine's room to start teaching her.
"Alright, Jas. Let's make mummy happy, okay?" I told my daughter as she started making bubbles using her drool.

Night came when I hear the front door open. I am sitting on the couch while Jasmine was napping on my chest.
"Perrie, I'm home!" My wife says announcing her arrival.
"Hi, love! How was your day?"
"It was fun but exhausting." Jade answered sitting beside me. "How's my baby Jasmine?"
I handed Jade our sleeping daughter and she kisses her forehead. Oh, how I miss those lips touching mine.
Jasmine woke up upon feeling her mummy caressing her head, blinking rapidly as she tries to clear her vision. When she's done, she immediately smiles and say.
"Jade!"
My wife beams as she realizes our daughter finally knows her name.
"But h-how?" Jade asked.
"I taught her while you were away. You know I'll do anything just for you to forgive me."
"Aww, baby, you didn't have to do that."
"I know but I just missed you so much and you know I couldn't handle it when you're mad at me." I said, finally happy that I'm forgiven.
"I love you so much, Perrie." My wife said lovingly.
"I love you more."
