You have been training to join the Survey Corps for the past 3 years. You easily graduated at the top of your class. However no one knew your secret. You were a titan.

3 years ago you heard of this young man named Eren who was also a titan but fought on humanity's side. You too wanted to be like him so you entered a training camp. But what kind of titan were you exactly? Well the last of your kind. The Healing Titan. As a titan you were about 12 meters and as a human a shortie at 5 feet exactly. Your kind was hunted to the brink of extinction by Intelligent Titans who lead small armys and sought a Healing Titans blood. But why?

Titans regenerate and heal very quickly already but your kind healed nearly 2 to 3 times faster than the normal titan. And your blood depending on the amount and concentration could heal the wounds of others.

Now back to the story.
You got first pick and of course chose to go with the Survey Corps. The number of new recruits dwindled yearly due to the lack of support from the people. You sought to keep your identity a secret. Your family and those who protected you were killed and sacrificed themselves for you. You no longer wanted anyone to suffer because of you. Your goal was to make pills infused with you blood to give to the other soldiers and keep your identity a secret.

Time Skip

At the end of the first day you went to the Corporal Levi's office to tell him about your "skills" in medicine. You sharply knock twice on his door and wait. You hear his voice reply "Name and case?"
"Cadet F/n (first name) L/n (last name). And I wish to speak with you."
"Come in"
You cautiously open the door and step in. You see Levi sitting behind his desk with his chin resting on this intertwined fingers. "What do you want Cadet?" He asks coldly. "This better be important"
"Yes sir" you stammer you mentally kick yourself for that. "You see Corporal, I was a very good doctor in my district and came up with a pill that can heal pretty much anything and I would like to distribute them if needed to the wounded or dying"

"You expect me to believe that you have come up with something that can heal anything?"

"Yes"

"What is it made from?" He asks in a disinterested voice.

How were you supposed to tell that without revealing your identity? You for the second time mentally kicked yourself for not thinking this through. You go off of a whim and reply "Well you see I do not know what it is called but it was a native plant in my district and it has saved the lives of many."

"Of all the lives it saved it could not save the lives of the dying in your village?"

You look down in shame and clench your fists.  The day that the titans invaded your district. You fled. Once you saw the titans you were reminded of the endings that everyone who cared for you and your family met. You let your fear take over and forgot that you could fight. You ran away when the people needed your healing the most, a regret that haunted you in your years on training.

The Corporal noticed this and asked another question. "Can you prove to me that your medicine works?"

"Yes" you reply firmly.

"And how do you plan on doing that?"

"Don't you have a hospital wing for your wounded? Take me there and I'll ask if someone there is willing to take the pills." You say with conviction. You hear the Corporal sigh and stand up. "Follow me" he says. After walking in the awkward silence for 5 minutes you reach the hospital wing. Before Levi touches the door handle you notice him put on gloves and at the same time you hear the groans and cries of pain of the people inside. He opens the door and you quickly follow. The Corporal gestures for you to do what your said you would. You slowly walk to the center of the room and speak. "Hello, I am Y/N (your name) and I have with me a pill that can heal you all from your suffering. Is there anyone who will take it?"

You hear a man groan angrily "How come this is the first we have ever heard of this medicine? Can it really heal any injury? Honestly I think that is a load of bull!"

You reply "This medicine is new and was created by me. And yes-" you were cut off.

"Who even are you? A newbie trying to get the injured to be your guinea pigs?!"

"No this has worked before and has a 100% success rate as long as your heart still beats" you sharply tell the man.

You hear a soft but firm voice say "I'll try it" you turn to the sound of the voice and see a girl about your age look you in the eye. You see a blood soaked bandage around her waist and her face is as pale as the sheets surrounding her. You help her up, reach into your pocket, and feed her the pill. She swallow it and her forehead beads with sweat and steam rises from her wound. You thank the heavens that the room was hardly lit and the steam was nearly invisible otherwise a connection might be drawn between the steam looking a lot like how the titans heal. You feel eyes boring into your back and slowly turn around and see the Corporal staring at you. Oh no. Was it possible that he could see the steam? No it cannot be. You could hardly see it yourself. You offer him a weak smile and turn back to your patient. Her eyes were open and some color had returned to her face. You see her reach down and feel her stomach. You don't need to look down for you know that the wound had healed. The other patients look at her healed stomach in awe. And you hear a voice say "Miss L/N? Can I have a pill too?" You turn to him and give him a pill. Soon the whole wing asks for the pill and you distribute every last one that you had. It did not concern you. For you could always harvest more from yourself.

Levi's POV
I am walking some new cadet to the hospital wing. She claims that the medication she holds can cure anything. What a waste of my time. When I reach the door I put on my gloves. How disgusting door knobs are, especially this one. The doctors don't even care to wash their hands. I made a mental reminder to reprimand them later. I walk in and motion for the girl to do what she do boldly told him early. I see her nimbly walk to the center of the room and make her announcement. And hear someone volunteer. I too look towards the voice and see that it was someone who was injured on the expedition outside the walls. I see Y/N confidently walk to the volunteer and feed her the pill. My eyes quickly adjust to the dark and see steam rise from the wound of the volunteer. My eyes narrow. That steam looks so familiar to that of a titan's healing. My brain begins to turn and think. Y/N turns to look at me and offers a small smile. As she turns away I glare at her more. I glace at the once festering wound on the patient's stomach only to see it gone. Just who exactly was this new cadet?
