But we come home, thank goodness. We get back to England before Margaret and fight Warwick. Yes, we have to fight our mentor, who taught us everything we know.

We weren't hopeful at all.

We collected men from London and then head North to meet Warwick. We have perhaps 9000 men, maybe less. Warwick has half of England and the other half are waiting for Margaret of Anjou.

In the evening, we start to think of making a camp when Richard and Thomas Grey, Elizabeth's boys from her first marriage, come riding back from scouting.

Warwick is there, out in force, outside Barnet, we won't be able to get past. This is where the battle will happen. We are at the bottom of the hill, so we have a major disadvantage. The have twice maybe three times our number. The odds truly are against us.

But Edward comes up with a genius plan. It's absolutely super. We march forward with the men, in silence , absolute silence. Richard and Thomas are sent back to light fires, so it looks like we're 1/2 mile or so behind where we actually are. Canon whistles over our heads but it misses us, not by much. But as the saying goes a near miss is as good as a mile

A/N: the battle has begun! But who will win?
