You Ok?

I woke up the next morning to Ben waking me. "Good morning beautiful", he said. "Good morning handsome. What time is it?", I replied. He had a smile on his face as he pulled out his phone. "It is 5:30" I groaned and went to hide under my blankets. I soon heard something, but I didn't know what. I then felt Ben get in my bed and my blankets lift. I then felt a muscular arm go around my stomach and the other go under my head. I cuddled up more against Ben. I could feel that he was wearing jeans and his shirt still, but he had his boots off.

I held onto his arm. I felt him about ten minutes later check his phone and get up out of bed. "Ben? I don't want to go to work" "Neither do I darlin', but we both know making money and working is a part of life", He said to me. I groaned and got up. I headed for my closet and got my clothes out for work and put them on right in front of Ben. I brushed my teeth then together we walked holding hands to his truck.

I got in on his side and climbed to the seat by the window, and put my seat belt on. He then got in and started his truck. He then headed out of my driveway. About at 6:30 Ben stopped at a gas station and told me to follow. I got out and caught up with him.

We walked inside the gas station. I know he wanted to get me something to eat. I am hungry, but I don't want anything to eat. After him walking around for a minute or two, I walked outside and got back in his truck. I went backed to my window and looked outside.

"Hey, you ok?", Ben asked. I wasn't feeling well. So I just lied and said, "I'm fine. I'm just not feeling that well" I sort of lied, but anyway he was silent after that. We got to the construction site, and as soon as he got there he got out and went to work. I stayed in the truck.

I sat there just crying myself to sleep. I laid there and cried in Ben's truck. Soon I looked up and saw Ben opening his truck door. I got up as he jumped in and grabbed me to pull me closer to him. I just scooted over onto his lap as he held me close. I noticed at this time he was shirt less and he looked amazing. I cuddled up into is chest as I cried leaving his chest soaked in tears.

He soon broke the silence saying, "Are you ok?" I replied, "Yeah, just I'm tired of this life I'm living in. I'm just not feeling well. I'll be ok." "I know your not ok", He said. "I care about you April. I really do. Do you wanna go back home?", He said to me. I just nodded my head and crawled of his lap. I stayed cuddled up into his side.

I feel asleep cuddled up to his side. I just woke up about 10 minutes before we got to his house. We pulled into his driveway. I just sat there in the truck while he went into his house. About 5 minutes later he comes back to the truck.

"You coming?", He asked me. "I don't know", I replied. I then got out and stood there on his driveway. He then picks me up and puts me over his shoulder.

"Let Me Down Now!", I say as I start to smack his ass. "You smacking my ass isn't helping your case at all", He said in a smart ass tone. We got inside his house and he set me down. Then he picks me bridal style and takes me into his room I'm guessing. It smells like him. He puts me down on the bed.

"Stay here I'll be back", He said in a more serious tone. He walked out of his room and I heard a truck door close. I got up and was watching out the window when I felt muscular arms wrap around my stomach.

"I told you to stay there", Ben said in a playful tone. "Well mister you can fight me. I ain't scared of your ass", I said back with a smirk on my face.

Ben then started to tickle me to death.

"OK OK I'M SORRY", I screamed. He then stopped tickling me.

"See, this is why you listen to me girly", Ben said with a smirk.

I got out of his grip and jumped in his bed, then went hiding under his covers.

"April?", Ben called. "Yes?", I replied. "I hate to say this, but I got to get back to work. You are welcome to anything in the house", Ben said.

I was silent. I didn't want to talk to anyone anymore. The covers lifted up, and I saw Ben standing there.

"April come here", He said. I got up and he wrapped his arms around me into a hug. I hugged him back, then went hiding under the covers again. I soon heard him walk out of the room, shut the front door, and get in his truck. He's gone for awhile now.

I soon fell into a deep sleep on Ben's bed.
