Meeting Him

I was working at little diner slash gas station. Part of it was a little diner with a kitchen, bar, and some table and chairs. I walked out of the diner with my good friend Megan.

"April want me to give you a ride to your house", Megan had asked me. "Sure, that would be amazing", I replied to her. I lived in this little house in a small town. Some of the windows are broken. Let me tell you this, my house is never in good shape. I do clean what I do have of it.

Megan and I walked to her car and got in. She started it, and we were off to this little construction site first to get her boyfriend. When we got there I had to sit in the back with all her piled up clothing.

Megan's boyfriend Phillip(Phil) and some other guy had walked over to the car. Austin is about 5'8 and has tan type like skin but not really. He also dark brown curly hair. The other guy is stood about 6'3 and had tan skin. He had this nice gray hair that fit him very well. He stood there shirt less with shirt in hand as well did Phillip.

Phillip got in as the other guy said, "Megan I can take her home if you want me to, since you don't have much space in your car" Megan replied to the guy saying, "It's up to her Ben. If she says she can go with you, and I know you won't do nothing to her. You are way to much of gentleman" I replied, "I'll go with Ben"

I got out and followed Ben to his truck. When we got there he opened my door for me. "Thanks Ben", I said to him. He got in and replied, "What is there to thank me for?" I replied to that, "Well you just got me out of a long car ride I dread everyday, and you opened my door for me, so Thank You" "Well, that's me just being my normal self, but your welcome.

We sat in quit silence until he pulled into the diner where I work at. "You hungry at all April", he questioned me. "Actually, yes, but I'm good I have food at my house" "You sure? I don't mind paying for some food for the both of us" "I'm sure. Thanks for asking", I said as he got out of the truck.

I stayed here in the truck thinking 'why is he being so nice' and with that I curled up in a ball on my seat and started to cry. About 10 minutes later Ben came walking out with a small box of tater tots. I uncurled from the little ball I was in and sat up straight. I was still crying at that moment. Ben opened the door to the truck and saw I was crying. He got in, put his food down, and pulled me close to him. He started the truck and then of course it started raining. I held on to him tight as we rode along the road.

~Time skip to her house~

I fell asleep in Ben's arms. I was soon awaken by his deep southern accent saying, "April darlin' it's time to wake up" I woke up and just laid back down. I soon felt that I was being picked up by Ben. He picked me up and carried bridal style into my room. As soon as he put me down on my bed I grabbed him a pulled him on top of me. I gave a quick hug and let him go. He quickly brought up his hands like he was and monster then all of a sudden he started to tickle me. I laughed and squealed then started to scream, "BEN STOP! DON'T TICKLE ME! I'M GOING TO PEE MY PANTS!" He stopped and started laughing at me.

I got up and stood on my bed. He turned around like he was about to walk out then I jumped on his back. He then put his hands on my thighs like he was giving me a piggy back ride.

"Ben please put me down", I begged. We were in the living room when he went over to the couch and dropped me on it. I got up and as he was walking for the door I grabbed him from behind and hugged him.

"What now?", he asked in an annoyed voice tone. "I just wanted hug you goodbye. Thanks for the ride", I replied to his question. "Your welcome. Anytime."

I closed the door, and walked over to the couch. I sat there and cried for awhile. I soon picked myself up to go to bed. I got in my room and just laid down.
