Chapter 5:A Little Kiss

Gwen's POV

The next day I wanted to see Mitch but I really needed to figure out what to do with my life I need to move out and get a job.There was a knock at the door my mom ran and answered it while I stayed on the couch watching t.v pondering about what to do"IT'S MITCH HE NEEDS TO TALK TO YOU IN PRIVATE!"my mom yelled I groaned and grabbed my jacket and boots and headed outside.When I walked outside he was pacing back and forth"So you needed to talk to me?I asked he nodded and took a deep breathe

"Since we've met your all I can think about I can't get my mind off you I don't know if I like you as more than a friend or if I'm just worried about you but Gwen Stacy.I need you to move back to Canada with me it'll be fun you can see all my family again and if you want I'll help move your family with us please just say you'll move in with me.I really need you in my life I need you and so do they."I was speechless I looked back at my house then at him I sighed and smiled"Fine."he jumped in the air and pumped his fist cheering.I dragged him inside so I could not freeze to death"So when are we leaving?"I asked looking at my feet he sighed"Um about two or three days if you need more days to pack I can give you time"-"No it's fine,Mitch do you like me or are you just protective of me?"I asked interrupting him he sat there speechless.Out of nowhere he kissed me quickly he pulled away I sat there confused"Um sorry I don't know why I did that."while he talked I couldn't help but find it cute when he blushed"Why are you blushing?"he asked rubbing the back of his head he covered his mouth with his hand and mumbled"You like me don't you?"I nodded and turned away embarrassed was it that obvious.

Lyle's POV

I got in her car and was stuck sitting next to Mitch"Why is he coming?"he asked annoyed I rolled my eyes at his comment

"Cause I'm hear to protect her you dumb ass"I replied poking his chest he balled up his fist and yelled"WHAT MAKES YOU THINK WE CAN JUST TRUST YOU AGAIN?"I scoffed and grinned at his words"Cause unlike you I didn't ditch her for her whole life I was there for her so if you have a problem think about this why should she forgive you when you weren't there and I was?"he was quiet everyone was.

Guess I said something wrong but I didn't care at least Mitch finally shut his trap"Lyle why'd you leave Luke?"Gwen asked I sighed and looked at Mitch who wasn't paying attention"Cause he's a douche plus I've known you my whole life I couldn't hurt you if I tried."she giggled and continued driving this was gonna be a long boring ride.
