The McQueen's Pub

A shaved head man, in his early thirties served a beer to on old man as I sat on a wooden stool followed by Lisa beside me.

"What can I get you?" the bartender asked, fixing another drink for the old man .
" William." I said.
"On the rocks or neat?"
"One each and also a 6 feet William, without shirt, " Lisa added.
"Sure." The bartender smirked and disappeared into a room.
"Seriously? Shirtless? What is wrong with you?"

I looked at her and she is grinning like an idiot.
"Offended because I ordered 6 feet William or because I ordered him shirtless."

I opened my mouth to throw a sassy comment but by then 6 feet william appeared. He is wearing a blue shirt over a white tee, and his messy hair makes him a sexy as hell.
He slid two Martini glasses towards us and leaned on the counter.

"And which one of you ordered shirtless William?" he asked.
"That would be me," Lisa said sipping her cocktail. "But I think I'll stick to William on the rocks. This is so good."
"I thought you ordered it." He said, leaning closer to study my face.

"Ahem, ahem." A stranger's voice interrupted us.
"If you are done staring at the pretty face, can you fetch me a double Malt, Willy.
"I'll be back in a minute," He said and left.
I looked at Lisa who is busy flirting with a guy beside her.
The bar got busy, so Will managed to talk me every now and then. When Will is not around I spoke to the guy beside me. He was explaining football and used curse words because his favorite team screwed up a match.

I was on my 5th or 6th cocktail when Will appeared again.
"Hello Again," I said, excited.
He didn't say anything, he is studying my face again.

Oh, God, those eyes.

I stared into him eyes, trying to figure out his eye color. They are not exactly blue, they have a hint of grey in them.

Ah! They are livid.

I smiled at my accomplishment.
"How many of those did you have?" he asked.

"5, 6, 7, 8..." I continued.
"Let me take u home before you pass out."
"Lisa?"
"She left about an hours ago."
I looked around the bar and only a few of customers were there.
"Where did everyone go?"
"Home."
"Where do you stay?" he asked.
"The next street. Yorks complex, 201 apartment."
"I'll walk you home " He said. Smiling.

I walked on the strip of stones, separating grass from the road. I held Will's hand for balance and my  heels in the other.

"Did you recently move here?
"Yep, my previous city was stupid. My heart and hope shattered to pieces. So, I collected as many pieces as I could and came here to fix it."
My heart is churning inside, remembering him.
"Do you like to hit people, Will?" I asked, like that could ease my heart ache.

"Did you find the book you were looking for?" He asked.
"Nope, I don't remember it's name. All I remember is the story and how the book made me feel. It made me happy, like everything is fine in the world. It's my LSD."

"Tell me about it."
"Two teenagers fall in love. The girls parents die in car reck. She is forced to stay with her evil aunt n uncle. Her white knight in shining armor rescues her from evil aunt and crappy life."

He walked with me inside the building, helped me unlock the door.
He looked me into the eyes and said "I don't hurt people. I never have and I never will."

Tears rolled down my cheeks and everything blurred around me and then completely black.
