"WHAT THE HECK BECCA!" Heather yells at me. "I'm so sorry" I say panicking. "Learn to look where you're go-" she sternly demands before she's interupted. "What's going on here?" Dean asks walking towards us because I decided to to run to the door while he stood behind and laughed. "Oh nothing I'm just having a friendly talk with Becca" Heather gushes as she attempts to flirt with Dean. I really can't blame her for it though Dean is very attractive. He has that shaggy brown hair that you just want to run your fingers through and those chocolate brown eyes. I'm a sucker for brown eyes mainly his. After Gazing at Dean for a minute admiring him I soon come back to reality and realize he's smirking at me and Heather is gone. "See something you like?" He jokingly asks. "Ya actually that wallet of yours looks mighty fine when paying for my food now let's go." With that I turn around and walk right into line. This time without running into anyone. "I can help who's next" the barista calls out waving us over. "I'll have a small hot chocolate with a chocolate chip muffin please." "Alright and what about you cutie?" She says gazing at Dean who is unaware at her attempt at flirting. "Nothing thanks that will be it." He says as he takes out his wallet. "Oh alright then" she says disappointed that he hadn't flirted back. After paying and grabbing my order we walk towards the door until the barista who served us calls out. "Wait you forgot your change" Dean at I look at eachother puzzled because he had paid with debit. He begins to explain that to her as he walks over to the counter. When he gets there she simply laughs and hands him a small piece of paper. "What was that all about?" I ask as we get into the car. "Nothing just her number." He shruggs like its nothing which I guess to him it is because it happens all the time. "Oh okay" I say a little disappointed as this was the second girl to flirt with him in the span of five minutes. Both girls are beautiful obviously he would rather go out with them I mean I'm nothing with my curly red hair that usually goes frizzy no matter what I do with it and the million freckles I have on my face. As we pull into the school parking lot I've finished my hot chocolate but haven't touched my muffin seeing as I lost my appitite at the thought of him with another girl. "Can you let me out?" I ask as I attempt to open the door. "Not until you tell me whats wrong. You haven't said a word this whole ride and didn't touch your muffin." He states matter of factly. "It's nothing." I tell him. "I know thats true but fine I'll let it go for now or we'll be late." With that we both get out of the car and go to our classrooms which are right beside eachother. "I'll see you at lunch mouse." He says trying to make me feel better while sticking his arm out as if asking for a hug. "K" is all I say as I walk into class with out giving him a hug. I know I'll be hearing about this later is all I can think as I take my seat in the back of the room.
