Whats wrong with me!?

(A/N): hey everyone!! i hope you are liking the story so far. Just dont stop reading cause it really gets better slowly and slowly!! :) Here's the third part---

 ....Okay now I'll have to takle mom. Just wow......

I walked towards my mom and said "Look mom, I can explain-" but she cut me off by saying "I don't want any explanation. How could you be so careless Amy? I told you to come back before 4, but you.... Have you ever looked at your watch--" But I interrupted by yelling "MOMM!!! Would you please listen to me.....?!!" Then I told her the whole story about my car and how a guy named Niall dropped me home. She replied by just saying 'oh'. When I was finished, she asked me something that I wasn't expecting. She said "And who's that guy behind you who keeps looking here?"

I turned around, a little confused and saw Niall still sitting in his car looking at us. I was so happy to see him again. I motioned my hands towards him telling him to come here. He got out of his car as fast as he could and stood next to me. My mom and Niall both shook hands and niall said "nice to meet you mam."

Then my mom said "Nice to meet you too son, you are a really great person who helped my lazy daughter"

I just pouted and niall laughed a little. "Not funny mom." I said. Then my mom eyed me and said "At least you should invite him in for a coffee or something." Then she left. Shit! Of course I should have invited him before but you know I am so stupid. I was so embarrassed because I didn't invited him before. But I was glad that my mom mentioned it. Mom is really great sometimes. Love you mom!!

"Would you like to have some coffee sir?" I cleared my throat and said in a playful tone hoping he would agree. "Ummm...I don't know.. maybe—" but I cut him off by saying "So I'll take that as a yes then. Now come on!" I said motioning to my house, smiling. "Ohkay, if you say so.." he said. We both entered the house and he made himself comfortable on the couch. "Just wait here, I'll be right back" I said and went straight to the kitchen to make some coffee for both of us. Meanwhile I plugged my phone so that it was charging. When the coffee was ready, I poured it in two cups and gave one to him. Then I sat in front of him on a chair quietly taking a sip from my cold coffee. Thankfully he started a conversation by saying " So tell me something about yourself."

"Umm.... Honestly, I hate that question. Please specify like what!?" I said giving him a smile. He chuckled and said "okay, like your interests, family your birth date etc."

I replied "Well my birthday was just two days ago and now I'm sweet 16" I said with excitement in my voice. " Oh god! Happy late birthday to you!! And you will be surprised to know that I also turned 16 two days ago!!" He said a little surprised. Wow. What a Coincidence. I thought to myself and said "woah! That's something unusual. We are born on the same day, we listen to same kind of music almost like--" wait...WHAT THE HELL!! I was about to say 'almost like we are made for each other' THANK GOD I DIDN'T SAID THAT. "Almost like what?" he asked. DAMN!! Now what!!? I just made up something and said "umm.. almost like, I don't know we are so related..Ummmm...like same kinda people hahaa! " I said and faking a little laugh at the last part. He also laughed at this. Thank god he didn't suspect anything. What's wrong with me? Why I am acting so stupid? I shook those thoughts outta my head and said "And well, for your previous question, my interests are music, dancing and i love painting +singing". "Ohhh, you are not kidding me, are you?" He said which startled me a bit. Why would i joke about my interests, I wondered. "No, why!?" I asked.
