"HEY. How you feeling?"

"Tired," Isabella said as she winced, "Its been hours."

"How's she looking?" Dylan asked.

"She's doing good. Nurse says everything is going smoothly." Isabella said.

"Good," Dylan said, "Uh, do you need anything?"

"No I'm good, but thanks," Isabella said, "You look nervous."

"I'm not nervous."

"You have that look."

"What look? I don't have a look." Dylan said.

"It's the same look you said I have," Isabella told, "Are you nervous?"

"Beyond."

"Don't. You're going to be a great father."

"It's all just overwhelming." He said.

"At least you're not the one pushing her out," Isabella said, "I am in pain. I blame you."

"Me? How is this my fault?"

"Because." Isabella pouted, gripping Dylan's hand.

"Because what? It's your fault." He said.

"No. Yours." She said, gripping his hand tightly.

"You seduced me." He said.

"How? You're the one who came up to me that night." Isabella said.

"To be fair, you were looking really good. I couldn't help myself."

"So how am I to blame for your urges?"

"Because you are." He said.

Isabella rolled her eyes as she gripped Dylan's hand tighter. She let out a shaky breath as a wave of pain washed over her. Dylan looked at her nervously and tucked a strand of her stray hair behind her ear. He gently caressed her cheek with his thumb, earning a slight smile.

Their small moment was interrupted by a knock at the door. The doctor and two nurses came in with Isabella's mother behind.

"Hi Isabella," the doctor said, "It's time."

"It's time?" Isabella asked.

"Yes. Are you ready to meet your baby girl?"

Isabella looked to Dylan with wide eyes. He smiled at her and nodded while squeezing her hand. Isabella sighed nervously and nodded.

"Yeah. We're ready to meet her."

About almost two hours later, cries filled the delivery room. Isabella had given birth to a healthy baby girl who was now in the arms of nurses being cleaned. Dylan was by Isabella's side, whispering to her about how strong and incredible she was. Isabella was exhausted. She laid on the bed out of breath, feeling weak.

Her mother was also by her side as she watched the baby. The doctor brought the baby to Isabella, gently placing her into her arms. Isabella smiled and cried while she held her. With her finger she caressed her face with care. She leaned over to Dylan who was crying too. The two were in love with their daughter.

"She's beautiful." Her mother said.

"Yeah she is." Isabella smiled.

"She gets that from you." Dylan said, causing Isabella's cheeks to redden.

"Have you picked out a name?" Her mother asked.

"We couldn't decide. We were stuck on two. But I think we know now." Isabella said.

"Yeah," Dylan agreed, "We know."
