**AN**

I messed around with this poem a bit. This one is definitely more saddening, I would say.

**End**

One new line

Slowly fading away

But the smile on her face

Starts to turn grey

Two new lines

Both well hidden

Her parents begin to fight

She thinks she's a burden

Three new lines

All for some reason

She wears long sleeves

Even though they're out of season

Four new lines

All of them deep

The voices in her head

Make her unable to sleep

Five new lines

She thinks this is the end

So she says goodbye

To her last friend

Six new lines

She takes a deep breath

No one can stop her

From her choice of death

All of the lines

No longer visible

For what she did

Was escape the unthinkable

No one can smile

While the skies are gray

Because the loss of a life

Happened that day
