What is a fake smile?
A fake smile hides so much pain, so much hurt,
When a person fakes a smile, it is to keep others believing that they are fine,
So other people do not see how much they are hurting inside,
It is hiding the waterfall of tears that they cry every night,
It is to keep others from being concerned about them
To stop their worrying,
It is like a misinterpreted painting,
People believe it is one thing when it is really another ...
