Tino smiled as him and his brothers sat in the movie room, watching some movie that Emil wanted to watch. So many colors and cartoon characters. Emil sat right next to Tino, curled up in a blanket and moments away from falling asleep for an afternoon nap. Lukas was glued to his phone once again. Once Emil was asleep, Tino took over the tv.

Berwald was working with Bernard on setting up decorations. Yes, it was a combined birthday party for Emil and Lukas. Neither child was allowed down stairs while everything was being set up. It was a bit hard to keep Emil from running downstairs to see what their mom was doing or to get constant snacks. But, Tino managed with a fun morning and plenty of things to do.

Tino glanced over at Lukas and saw the teen dowsing in and out of taking a nap as well. Haha, he has tired them both out. Running around and chasing the two, one with complete annoyance and the other out of fun, had tired them. Once Lukas was asleep as well, Tino slipped downstairs to see if he could help any.

"Tino, what are you doing? You're suppose to be watching Lukas and Emil." His mom scolded him when she saw him on the last step. "They both are asleep." He said. "They won't be up for awhile." She smiled a little bit. "Was it all the running around that made them tired?" Tino smiled and nodded. "I heard Lukas yelling from down here." Tino laughed a little bit. "Anyways, what can I help with?" He asked, looking around.

"Well, everything is pretty much done. We have the birthday cakes made for the two, decorations are up, balloons are on their way." His mom said. Tino nodded before he looked at Berwald and Bernard. The twins were able to just sit down and relax for the moment. They would have to clean up, but it would be easier because they were using disposable plates and silverware for today's dinner and celebration.

Tino walked around as they then waited for Lukas and Emil to wake up from their naps. Tino would go upstairs and check on the two every now and then. When one came around, Tino went to check on them when he saw the two were awake. He quickly went downstairs to let his mom know so she could get everyone in the large living room to surprise the birthday boys.

Then he went back upstairs, being calm. "Oh, I see you two are awake." He said, smiling as he walked over. "Broder, I hungry." Emil said. Tino smiled gently. "Alright. Let's go get you something to eat. And Lukas, why don't you come along? You haven't had anything all day. It's bad to not eat." Lukas sighed and wrapped the blanket around his shoulders before he stood up. Tino lead the way, Emil in his arms as he carried the six year old down stairs and the (soon to be) fourteen year old followed grumpily.

Tino smiled as they made their way downstairs. When they were in view of everyone, everyone yelled surprise, which made little Emil jump. The three boy's mother came over and took Emil, smiling. "Happy birthday, Emil." She said as he kissed him on the head and did the same to Lukas. Tino smiled as Emil started to realize that it is indeed his birthday and waking up from his nap. The party was now starting as Emil rushed around with the other children of the house and the adults watched the group of teens gather to wish Lukas a happy birthday, even though they all knew his birthday hadn't arrived just yet.

Tino sat down as they all watched the kids. They had bought two cakes this time for the birthdays. Emil's was really childish and covered with puffins made of sugar and Lukas' was decorated with little balloons since he was older. But they also made a chocolate cake, Tino didn't know what for. Berwald came over and sat down next to him. The same intimidating face looked over the children and the room. Before long, they were gathering to watch the birthday boys blow out the candles, crowded around the large table.

They started to sing happy birthday to the boys as the cakes were brought out, the plain chocolate cake with frosting was sat in front of Lukas and Emil's cake placed in front of him. The candles were lit already. The boys blew out their candles, but Lukas was given trick candles and it took him several tries before he could keep the candles from lighting again. There were laughs of Lukas' struggle, but it was all in good fun. Lukas smiled, before their father and an uncle appear behind him and made Lukas' face meet the chocolate cake with a splat. Of coarse, how could Tino forget that this was a tradition for his father's side? At fourteen, it was destiny that a cake meets your face.
